Bought a larger size due to sale price and what was available. LOVE the loose fit! Pure silk. The real kind. The boots are a pretty shade of green, brighter than forest, and absolutely practical style for Maine. Another great score from BHFO~!
The dress is more than $100 but it's torn and bad sewing repairs with different color of thread and rush sewing. The other two clothes are all deterior materials than I thought. It's not worthy to buy and return by paying $9.
Product cheep, material was very thin and fabric was pilling (small fuzz balls) right out of the package. To top it off ordered a large and received 1x

Purchased boots direct from your website. Found the same boots on eBay, sold by you for less. I had already ordered and they were shipped by the time I saw the price difference. Disappointed
I bought a defected product (dress with a broken zipper) that cost $30. The return shipping would cost about $25. The customer service is rigid and would not help at all. Do not recommend.

The product they sell is definitely not the product quality you are thinking you are getting. Just because it has a name brand on it, is most likely not that name brand once you see the quality.

Not for me … I bought a few products from them… they sell on others website as well like shop premium outlets and sometimes they have the same product listed on bought website but with different prices so I ordered a dress on BHFO website and a minute later I saw the same dress at $20 dollars less on shop premium I emailed BHFO for price matching since I thought it was not fair and they refused to do price matching… it wasn't a big price difference that's why you would expect the price matching from them but not… so for me it was a total delusion this website and I felt they don't value the customers

I placed an order for a hoodie and some leggings both items were filthy and smelled of sweat. This the second time I've ordered from this site and items are dirty upon arrival
The shipping and handling was deplorable. This beautiful jacket was shoved in a ball, bagged and it is wrinkled beyond recognition. Not a happy customer

BOUGHT BOOTS AND CAME IN A BOX DESTROYED HAD DUCK TAPE ALL OVER AND RIGHT BOOT WAS STRETCHED TO HELL AND SO THEY PUT STYROFOAM IN IT AND BALLED TISSUE TO DISGUISE THE STRETCHED BOOT AND THE OTHER BOOT HAD NO STUFF IN IT TO SUPPORT AT ALL THEY SENT ME HORRIBLE MESSED UP BOOTS I LOVED THE DESIGNED THATS WHY I BOUGHT THEM BUT THESE PEOPLE KNEW THESE WERE EFFED UP AND SHIPPED THEM TO ME ANYWAY!
