BHFO

The white dress I purchased was obviously used-it has snags and dirt around the neckline and waistline. They denied the damage even after I sent them photos of the damage and wouldn't make it right. I bought junk.

BHFO is an incredible online retailer that has a variety of brands across men's, ladies, kids, accessories, and home furnishings. They are able to offer amazing savings. It's like a treasure hunt online! I always find something new when I shop their site weekly. I enjoy knowing that I am receiving a good quality item at a fair price.

New to BHFO, great prices and I was surprised by the selection. I'll be shopping for kids clothes here too! They had the size I needed of a dress I tried at Nordstrom Rack, and beat out every other online retailer significantly on the price. It fits perfectly, and came within a week. I'm super happy with it and really excited to find a new option for reasonably priced clothing!

After ordering two pairs of shoes from this company -- I received the items that looked worn/used. The items were not as described. After many emails to their customer service department they only responded after Overstock.com pressured them to do so (the site where the shoe purchase was made). An unhelpful representative named 'Lance' offered no solutions and told me the cost of returns would be my responsibility. Never will order from this company again.

This is one of those places that you just hate to share with others because the deals are so incredibly great! However, because they offer such an enormous range of products in so many categories, they deserve to be acknowledged. Not only for their selection, but for their customer service which is consumer oriented. Returns are seamless and hassle free. As far as their prices on brand NEW items, it just doesn't get any better. They truly are the REAL DEAL!

I had put on Google price alerts for this item and it found it on BHFO. I was so happy because it had been out of stock on the manufacturer site and never appeared at any of the big department stores. It was new with tags although the original store's price tag had been clipped off. I don't have time to hunt discounters in person so I'm happy to get things here.

I am not happy with ordering a final sale item. It's not right that it can't be returned for "another item" even. When ordering anything on line...it's hard to know if any product will fit correctly until we get it. As a matter of fact the boots I ordered...it just so happens, I could have sized up. But didn't know that until I received them and tried on. Now I am stuck because it was a final sale. That truly stinks!

I purchased everything from dress sandals, to a guest of wedding dress, and even a couple fun fashion tops. I love that BHFO was a one stop shop for all the items on my list! I will definitely be placing more orders!

Shipping was quick but I am not sure all of their products are legit. The coat I ordered was definitely NOT from a store. Seams were ripping, edges were outlined in red & there was red pen written all over it. Hood had dirt on it. This coat is white, there is no way to hide any of these marks. Very poorly thrown together coat to look like the official version. I contacted BHFO & am still waiting on a response...

Used to purchase multiple items from BHFO weekly but final sale on clearance recently added to the return policy really hinders me from purchasing. Wish online stores can be more friendly with the return policy.
