Bought a larger size due to sale price and what was available. LOVE the loose fit! Pure silk. The real kind. The boots are a pretty shade of green, brighter than forest, and absolutely practical style for Maine. Another great score from BHFO~!
The dress is more than $100 but it's torn and bad sewing repairs with different color of thread and rush sewing. The other two clothes are all deterior materials than I thought. It's not worthy to buy and return by paying $9.
I have bought many items recently from this company and I have been very happy with the clothing and the customer service. The prices on the items I bought were great! I had two issues with items ( one shirt had a stain and the other wasn't what I ordered) Customer Service rep couldn't have been nicer and resolved the issues. The only issue I have is paying for shipping. It would be great if they adopted something like a yearly shipping fee or ( like Gilt and Rue La La a 30 day fee). Other than that I'm very satisfied!

For the quality of items being purchases - the packaging was terrible... just rolled up and put in a plastic bag... not what I would expect for a high end item.

Get new stock in plus sizes, sick of same items, you don't seem to get new stock in 1x size I live in Canada and must say the shipping time is excellent I have been dealing with this company for years and would highly recommend it

I order all sorts of things online. Most of us do. In the day of free returns I don't even care that it will cost me to return the jumpsuit I ordered. The insert that was in the package said to call for returns. I called twice and emailed twice and no return communication at all.
I may keep the jumpsuit that does not fit and will give it to someone but will NEVR ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. You cannot survive mail order if you have poor customer service.

I think I received a wrong item, but they removed the listing shortly after I bought it, so there was no way to check it! When I wrote about it, I received an email after some days in which I was asked to return the item on paying for the shipping, so that would be twice the shipping, which would be about the price of the item itself.
One medium dress looks like a 2XL, one medium pair of pants like a an extra small; and the zipper of another pair of pants broken. All of these items were final sales, thus waste of money since they can't be returned or exchanged!
I received the runners promptly and this time no customs fees at the door. The outer box was damaged, but luckily the runners are okay.
Lots of discounts and great prices. The shipping cost is low and quick shipping always. However, customs fees can be quite high if levied.

It was easy to browse for the right size and style of shoes. The prices are great, but only limited sizes available so good luck finding the right shoes to buy. However, I had to pay customs fees separately before delivery so it would be great if I can pay in advance at check out so no surprises. The shipping fee is always low and great to Canada and other international destinations.
There was a promotional code sent to me by BHFO email and I needed some sneakers for my upcoming trip.
Sneakers were on sale at the right price, style, and Skechers are always comfortable to wear.
I bought sandals on amazon from this third party BHFO and they use DHL express who will charge you additional fees in Canada. I try to reach them but poor customer service. Will never buy from them or Amazon US ever again ( if youre from another country)

After days of asking why BHFO UPS second day air status showing just label created...finally acknowledged package is lost. Lots of messages, finally a refund is pending.
Tip for consumers:
Personally will not buy from them again. They have many successful transactions, mine was not one of them.

Great selection easy checkout decent shipping times. BUT beware don't buy final sale items. The sizing is was off on my sneakers by an entire size and I ordered my normal size.

Nice product. What I wanted. The only disappointment for me was it says it ships USPS which I use a lot and priority only takes about 2 -3 days these took a long time. I wanted to wear them for a xmas party and they didn't get here until the 29th! I ordered a different pair off poshmark and they were here in 2 days USPS along with 3 other pair of pants. So when they say they ship USPS it ships UPS and then switches to USPS so it comes at a snails pace! Bummer.
I love the boots I ordered, as they were the 2nd pair. The order process was easy and the delivery was quick. I was very pleased.

This company sold me a dress with a hole in it, and is refusing to let me return it. I purchased the dress on eBay. It was listed as new. When I received it, I found a hole the size of a dime in the seam of the thigh. When I sent a message to exchange it, they sent me a message stating that some of their items may not list certain defects, such as holes, pulls, or loose threads. But this company can list something as new and unworn. It's false advertisement and they know it! Unbelieveable. Now I want to return it and never deal with this company again. And I will post this everywhere I can to warn others not to deal with BHFO either.
The website is well done, and easy to use. I love the variety and the prices. My orders come to me quickly too.

When I shop on BHFO I just type in the brand, color, and size I'm looking for, and the product comes up, there was a few times my size was sold out, but other than that, it was a breeze.
Good prices, a variety of brands to choose from, good quality inventory. Checkouts are not complicated, also you have the option of choosing to pay overtime, which is fabulous.

New shipping provider now collects on behalf of my government for duties and taxes instead of my government collecting it themselves and Now shipping costs have doubled. On a hundred dollar purchase plus $60 shipping plus $40 duty and taxes plus $10 for DHL to handle my monies instead of my government collecting them now the shipping is more than the merchandise and %10 is because DHL collects instead of the government and that fee is on even a $20 order. BHFO has no comment or even will respond.
