In House Shill Bidding and Denial of Proof
November 30, 2023
Updated review

After testing this auction site on 4 separate county auctions we believe they are running a monopoly with counties and sherrifs sales. 10% buyers fees are their incentive. Their CEO has reach his plateau of in with cops, In with corrupt counties that purchase properties for family members, etc. We have the evidence including flat out admission from certain counties. Call your local tax collector and tell them this platform is nothing short of auction.com only 10 times worse. Do not use this auction. They will hurt you severely financially

Bid4assets Buyers premium of 10% is Obsurd!

Previous review

Call your counties and tell them your not buying anymore from Bid4Assetts. Govease only charges the buyer 3%. A much more trusted auction that doesnt go into a more than likely shill bidding scenario with 5 minute repeated overtime at the end of the auction that can last all day. The overall experience felt rigged and no answers from certain counties that just passed it to Bud4Assets which, in return passed it back the inquiry to the county. Other counties where very helpful. We will avoid this platform from here on out. We highly recommend all counties in California and other states put a regulation on buyers fees or at least a standard!

Let's start with the fees for Buyers on County Tax sales Real Estate Auctions.
Bid4assets charges the Buyer:
A). $35 to register, for each county you want to bid on.
B). 10% buyers premium
C). Plus $35 handling fee for each auction you win.

Bid.4assets.com does not provide who the winning bidders are. They only show something in this type format k****3, j****q, etc.

There is virtually no customer support. If you are lucky to actually take to someone, it turns out that person is working from home with a scripted answer sheet.

Emails do get responded to on an average of 2-3 days. But those to seem from a script.

It is highly suspicious bid4assets blames it on the county for not making their winning bidder list public. However, I have called several counties, they stated they did not tell bid4assets to not publish the lists.
I obtained the winning bidder list directly from the counties that bid4assets said they wouldn't share.
Highly suspicious in regards to schill bidding.

Invoices are sent in a. Pdf format and am unable to attach an image
