I have won bids on this site. I accumulate the amounts to get the free shipping, which helps with the deal. They are a little slow on shipping at times, but is was also the holiday and gift season. When they were arriving, they came in droves. I have several items for gifts and will be able to resell some of the others. Like with anything, you must watch and if the price is getting beyond what you wish to pay, then be wise and stop. Let it go to the other bidder. Something else will come along that will also be to your liking.

Was impressed with the precise look of their website, and assumed they were a legitimate business. In actuality they are most unprofessional to deal with, my orders are all left open, way past their estimated ship out date, no way to reach them by phone, recording only after long hold, messages left unanswered, my emails ignored. The only thing that they are professional about is taking your credit card payment, immediately, and then leaving your order unfulfilled. I became suspicious, and looked online for information, wish I would have seen the reviews before I tied up my money with this unscrupulous company!

I used to buy from bids.com and buy.com a lot, but since they were out of business and back, their closing bids got so high, can't seem to win anything again. I don't know if ito new owners now but before was better, had more varieties at first too

The only thing that they are professional about is taking your credit card payment, immediately, and then leaving your order unfulfilled.

I became suspicious, and looked online for information, wish I would have seen the reviews before I tied up my money with this unscrupulous company!

I ordered items nearly 4 weeks ago and haven't received anything. I was hoping to have them in time for my son's first birthday but it looks like we won't have them. I called customer service and rudely informed there's nothing they can do. Absolutely the worst... I never complain about companies, but felt buyers should beware.

Horrible site, products are crappy, you have to wait a minimum of 6 weeks for your product. Nothing is returnable. Last straw was buying a travel package from their site and when I called to book the trip there are no available dates to travel so they just stole my money!

Just took delivery of our latest Bidz purchase. We previously purchased items when the site seemed more reputable and we were happy. However for our most recent purchase, the box was crushed beyond recognition. The bracket was supposed to be valued at $700 but it looks more like something you'd get out of a fancy gum ball machine. That's the last time they get any of my money.

None of the watches ran all dead batteries. Jewelry is cheap not close to what the price is shown to be. The stones are loose and one rings gallery was crooked. Won bid at $400. For $5,000. Diamond chandelier earrings. They are so tiny, can't see diamonds. This stuff comes from wal-mart or k-mart quality stuff if your lucky... cheap cheap cheap waste of money...

I've only ordered once from them about a week ago. Website states everywhere that orders ship within 10-15 days of sale end. Now, my order is not expected to ship until August. I've read all the horrific reviews and complaints online and on Facebook, and wish I had seen them sooner. Customer service was rude when I asked for a cancellation. Thought I was getting a great deal on some Betsy Johnson sunglasses, but I have no use for them now, as I won't be getting them when I expected to. Stay away from this site and stick with Zulily. Customer service CARES about their customers, and I never have these problems with them. They always let me cancel if their shipping takes longer than expected.

They need to do a better job of keeping their customers in the loop. Publishing your delivery schedule creates general awareness but sending your customer an email with updates once the order has a change in status is just good customer management. Sadly this site has only gotten half of this right. I don't see any demonstrable improvement. I should have stuck with my plan of never using this site again. Horrible.

For half year (from beginning of October 2017) and up to present time (end of March 2018) this scams do not return my money ($2,179.80) for non-existent goods in their stock.
Customer Service impossible to reach -- not with published in internet phone or email.
Never trust this company and never purchase from them any thing!
Bidz not deserved even 1 star.
How come 5 stars for this type of service you can imagine...

These guys are thieves. Never ever place an order with them.
I put order twice & both times there were major issue with shipping and condition of the item. It took days to refund for the first order and for second item even though it was never shipped, they never returned money. Rude customer service. Horrible, this business (if you still want to call it a business) should be closed.

Stay away from Bidz! I've been waiting 4 weeks for $2,400 in watches. Keep in mind they post on these products 1 to 2 weeks handling time. When you ask them when the product will be delivered, you get a canned response or nothing at all. I know the brand off watches I purchased are no longer on there site. I have no idea if I'll ever get these watches. I'll probably have to end up fighting to get my money back.

Before Bidz went bankrupt they had great product, it arrived quickly and the selection was great. Now that it's a "new company" with new suppliers it's gone to crap. I purchased a watch from them in the beginning of March and according to their website (and it was true before) the item would ship within 3-5 business days and if you had any problems you emailed them and they worked with you. My item is still not here (I ordered items from China the week after I ordered from Bidz and it already got here!) and they finally sent me an email saying it's been shipped. Apparently you have 48 hours after the estimated delivery date or it's considered delivered and okay (ridiculous!) when I went to check the tracking and delivery date info the link came up as a fake link. I called their customer service, the lady was pleasant but of zero help. Buyers beware! I emailed them and told them that I would want a refund if they don't reply within 48 hours (I think that's fair)

48 hours after estimated delivery date we do not consider the item delivered, but we ask the customer to contact us if the item has not been delivered. The reason for that is that sometimes the carrier would be delivering the merchandise late due to unforeseen delays like weather, customs (international customers) etc. Before we file a claim for a possible lost package, we ask the customer to wait for 48 hours after the estimated delivery date in case it is delivered late by the carrier. In any event, all of out packages are fully insured. In case the package is lost, customer is never held liable for it. We issue a full refund or send a replacement item if available.

The tracking numbers we provide to our customers are always real tracking numbers. However, if your order is shipped recently and you are attempting to track it, the information would not show up. The reason for this is that carrier once the package is picked up, updates tracking progress only after couple business days has passed. Anytime you try to track the order too early it will not show any information.

Bidz.com dont even worth 1 star. They would say win items will be shipped in 2-4 days or 4-6 days... false... liar. I placed an order about 4 weeks ago and my account still remained "pulling merchandise". Called them and was told that the item was no longer available. Then why did you allowed the bids and why did you take my money? Demand a refund ASAP... The other item was just shipped today while the order was placed 5 weeks ago. If you dont want to deal with nonsense stresses, dont even bother with bidz.com

It is so pity that I didn't find this reviews before I made order on Bidz.com. The same problem. They don't send my items and don't answer my mails. Thieves! Don't do any purchase and please keep your money away from them!

I love the process of bidding itself. Value is okay and it corresponds with the quality. Bidz.com gives an exciting purchase. Just fell when to stop with the bidding. Goods are very beautiful, indeed. Also I havent had any complaints about time od delivery and packaging.

This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks. At 6 weeks they said they were in the warehouse ready to ship now at 7 weeks they are no where in site. You can not contact them by phone and they send out automated responses to emails. Horrible company! But don't take my word for it, look at their facebook page where there are many other comments of the same.

This company is horrible. I placed an order and received an email a month later that said the product that I ordered was no longer in stock. They did not even bother to apologize for taking so long to inform me. I would not advise that anyone purchase anything from this site.

I bought 6 different articles and a family member 8 articles the which they say will be sent from 4 to 6 days and after waiting for three months they were never sent in addition when you try to communicate with them it is impossible and recovering your money is harder still, they take the money of the people and someone should do something about it since this is a fraud and I have understood and read the same arguments from many other people who have had the same experience with this company, for me has been very frustrating and I would like find a government department that could do something about it

I love the website! It's always fun to look at and I shop often. I have only ordered a few times with them, but I have had good experiences so far. Yes, they are a little sluggish on shipping and I wish it was faster. When my products came though, I was very pleasantly surprised! My jackets were great! I just received a purse that I was hesitant about because it's always tough ordering online, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new purse! I totally recommend this website, just don't order something if you need it in a rush.

If anyone is having problems with their orders being shipped Bidz actually has nothing to do with it, it is in fact the shipping companies causing difficulties.
My package has been held back for over a month by the shipping company for no apparent reason.

Had some issues with my order delivery. Few days after my item was shipped out on tracking site I have noticed that it's going on the wrong direction.
I asked bidz what's going on?
CS specialist contacted them and after few days my item was delivered. I am really thankful to them for don't leaving customers alone in situations like this.

Serious company, prompt replies in any cases. I won and bought my two bags and one purse on Apr., 6th. After they confirmed the tracking number, I was waiting for one week. Then they sent me an e-mail and informed me the purse was not on stock. So I agreed for shipping of my two bags only. Ive got my purse-refund in one week, and bags arrived in two weeks only. So it took 3 weeks in general since I placed my order. BIDZ is highly competitive because they give you a chance to choose in between very expensive, middle-priced and cheap stuff. So, BIDZ, no doubt!

I got many pieces of jewlery from here.
The quality was good considering the price.
The shipping was slightly slow and overpriced. The details on each piece listed didn't entirely match up to what was received (bracelets and necklaces much smaller in size/dimension then listed).
But over all, can't complain.
If you sign up for their newsletter be prepared for 3 emails a week min.

I love deals! So you can imagine how happy I was when I found this site. The shipping took some time, but my products came in perfect condition! Ordered a scarf, books for the kids and some shoes for the kids. I'm not used to sites like these - where shipping is about 3 weeks. However, I called customer service and the girl who helped me was SO sweet! She explained the process of their shipping and how the company worked. I would totally shop Totsy again despite the longer shipping times. So worth the wait when you're getting items for MORE than half off. Thanks Totsy <*******
