This is the worst company to sell your car to in the Tampa Bay area. I sold them a car 10 days ago and was promised it would be off of my property in 1-2 days. This is especially urgent for me because I live in a deed restricted community and I made the buyer aware of this. Frankie, the man who bought my car, is a liar and makes false claims on his website and in person.
The site says in at least three different places that Big Cat offers the fastest towing and "free 24/7 towing" but these are both lies. The owner ducks calls and has not made one attempt to contact me regarding the status of the car he has used to turn my property into a personal junkyard.
After calling for over a week, Frankie told my mother that the car had been sold to another person the day after he bought it from me. When I asked him for the number of the owner, he told me there is no way to reach him. Earlier in the week he told me there were four numbers.
Today, after ten days of this $#*!, (2/21/2013-3/3/2013), I called again. I was told to "do what I have to do" with the car and that the situation is out of his hands. I am now in a situation where somebody owns the car on my property who I cannot contact and I have no means of disposing of the car. I also know of someone who had a similar experience with Big Cat.
Whatever you do, do not sell your junk car to bigcatbuyscars.com unless you want to deal with people who are not professionals and who do not care about your needs at all. Please tell anybody you know selling a junk car to find a better place.
