I was less than pleased with my interaction with Bigfireworks.com. The shipping amount listed at the time of my purchase was around $35.00. However, I received a call several days later alerting me to the fact that shipping was actually roughly $76.00, and that I was expected to pay the difference.

They claimed the pricing difference was due to a glitch on their site, and admitted it was their fault. However, they would not honor the original amount and asked me to shell out an extra $30.00 for their mistake.

I would not do business with this organization again. This just reeks of a "bait and switch." Even if this was a legitimate error (which they took the blame for), I am shocked that I was expected to pay the difference.
