Bigtime Battery

Ordered two batteries,one worked, one did not, waiting for exchange of battery to be sent to me.customer services called is right back on next business day to say they would exchange the battery.
It's been four days.

Everything was fine amd it arrived in a decent time, but nowhere did I see how long it's going to take for me to get my shipment. Is it coming out of China for 20 days, or is it in the US and ships soon?

My order was reasonably priced and was delivered fast. I would definitely buy from Big Time Battery again!

One of two batteries had leaked some battery acid into package. Batteries were poorly charged reading only 11.81 on volt meter. I have not put them into service yet thus can not comment on quality/ durability.

I was hoping to get a 6 volt battery, and you don't carry them. I was a bit taken aback because the battery didn't fill the entire case on the 'big bear' 4 wheeler. (which made me fear that it was not truly an exact match of original equipment.) It does seem to start the engine fine.

Your customer service is great. Emailing about my order was easy, and replies were prompt, professional and courteous. Delivery time was awesome. It was just unfortunate that the battery was not the correct one to work with my Dyson cordless vacuum, so I had to return it. Even there, returning it was no issue. My refund notification came promptly. I have told others at my workplace about your site, and in the future I would definitely return for products that I need.

Fantastic! Big Time Battery delivered a battery to my door within two days of placing the order.
The price was less than half of what it would cost to pick it up locally.

The selection process was easy. The product that arrived was different than I expected and with no clear way of knowing who to contact for customer or technical service. The product quality seemed very good.

It's been really easy! I am a little nervous though as a first-time buyer. I hope everything goes well.

Easy checkout, low prices. ONLY con is that dimensional differences between new batteries and the original tool batteries made locking and releasing the batteries from the tools were slightly more difficult. They did fully engage the tool, but the catch did not hold as well, but the friction fit held them in place. With minor massaging of the catch, they work just fine! I can accept the small inconvenience because the price and otherwise satisfactory nature of the product.

Customer service was fast and helpful.
But the shipping was slow,
Had to call twice to find out where my order was and when it would be shipped.
Never received a email with tracking number.
Just a email once they got here.

I ordered a battery charger for a 15 year old drill. I had ordered one from another company and was shipped 4 that would not work. With Big Time batteries, I placed one call (5 minutes) and got exactly what I needed AND it worked! Customer service was outstanding! Thank you and I will think of you first next time I need something of this nature.

This was my first-time order from Bigtime Battery and I was extremely pleased with both the price of the product and how quickly it arrived through the mail. I have several cordless power tools that will eventually need replacement batteries and this is definitely the company to use.

The order process was seamless. Smooth and easy...just couldn't apply a discount coupon - :( ... I'd like Verizon to pay for this since it's their backup system. Oy. The order arrived earlier than expected. Yay!

Very user friendly! These wireless earbuds are so awesome! They have great sound and imI love the fact that there are no cords! I can listen to music answer a call while walking around the department free! Thank you!

Was surprised the batteries with 50% more power, were 50% longer, and didn't fit into my two cell drill without removing the locking caps. Wish someone had mentioned that before I ordered them. When one reviewer said they were a direct fit for the same battery number I needed, I ordered them. I'll have to make do, but wish they were the same size as my original batteries. I'd sacrifice 50% more power for batteries that fit my drill correctly!

But would have liked some express shipping options.

Great prices for this battery! I didn't seem to be able to add the rush shipping for $2.99? I actually received my awesome little generator battery so quickly I didn't need rush shipping! Pretty much straight forward. I will keep you in mind when I need additional batteries thanks forthe good price. Hope it will last for several years trouble free. And I might add, the delivery was very fast..

Wonderful! Super easy checkout process with amazon prime option to pay. The battery was delivered faster then expected Packaged well. Not to mention it was at least $25 less on this site then any other I could find. Very pleased and will order from BigTimeBattery from now on for all my battery needs old and new!

As an overseas purchaser, it would be nice if shipping charges were included in the original payment rather than as a separate transaction. Perhaps this option can be added to the payment system in an update?

After first shipment hiccup, goods were resent USPS Priority but, due to Coronavirus, they were delayed.

They arrived, nonetheless, in working state. These special batteries were required for a military instrument which has been brought out of retirement. They are not, currently, available in the UK.

Problem solved!

Item was received very fast for USPO shipping. The unit fits my motorcycle exactly and it started right up.
I like the charged and ready to use rather than fill with acid in the enclosed package.
