bill.com is running a scam with FastPay that when you pay an extra fee, it will disburse funds on arrival date, however, funds do not arrive until next day or worse employees have to wait for their FastPay to arrive the following Monday. Fast Pay is a total SCAM.

Always a major problem with bill.com. I tried a very simple task of updating a bank account and the system keeps buffering. This has happened several times. Do yourself a favor and don't use bill.com.
Worst possible support, non existent. John, person who answers phone, has a very thick accent, and is really poor first impression of this crappy company. Their website is inadequate does not function. And their Support Dept. is clearly overwhelmed by all the inquiries that they can't keep up. And will only refer you to an inadequate Chat feature. Clearly, bill.com is NOT on top of their game in providing quality USA service.
This company has got the world's worst support "team." If you call, you get an individual was a very thick accent who is overly rude, obnoxious and is a perfect representative for this company. Their payments are SUPER SLOW, even with you pay the expedite fee. Their chat is equally terrible and is NO help at all. My company will be searching for another service. bill.com is absolutely the crummiest, worst company out there for online bill. Pay. Their support is awful and their delivery service just terrible.

Looks like they are trending $3B annualized sales yet still losing money it appears, but much better, hence the big jump in stock price.
I initially reviewed it for my small business and declined to use. Now a customer used it, not knowing it, and it resulted in massive delays.
Customer service is horrible, repeating a caned response. Customers can use it to avoid the ACh/wire costs and save, but at what cost to the vendor.
Very questionable FCIC insurance, claim the funds are held under a FDIC bank, but really...
They use the float to profit on, (most cases) paying you in 2-4 days vs immediate ACH. But after two transactions you are eligible for quick pay for 1% of the fee. So suddenly they can do the instant ACH but only if you pay for it. Dont think my customer will be happy when I charge back the payment fee in increased prices.
Run from it if you can.

STAY AWAY! I signed up for Bill.com, I run a small to medium sized business and thought it would be perfect. I couldn't have been so wrong! Bill.com will let you pay a few vendors but then they put your account on HOLD to do a verification. AFTER OVER A WEEK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO SEND ONE PAYMENT OUT, SENT THE DOCUMENTS TO THEM OVER 6X, OPENED SEVERAL CASES, PROMISES THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO RELEASE MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN PAY MY FIRST OF THE MONTH RENT PAYMENTS. THEY HAVE LITERALLY BROUGHT MY BUSINESS TO A HALT. HORRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OF NO HELP WHATSOEVER.

I am extremely disappointed with Bill.com's service. The process of verifying my account has been unnecessarily complex, frustrating, and riddled with delays. Despite submitting multiple identification documents (including my driver's license, utility bill, and bank statement), they insisted on a selfie holding my ID—something I've never encountered even when opening bank accounts.
This experience was reminiscent of dealing with a crypto scam company rather than a legitimate financial service provider. The delays in receiving my payment, the constant requests for more documentation, and the lack of transparency in their verification process left me with serious concerns about their credibility. Even after all my submissions, I was told that further delays would occur, taking several more business days.
I've worked with major financial institutions, and they handle similar processes in a fraction of the time. Bill.com's overly complex verification requirements and poor communication have severely impacted my trust in their service. Once I receive my payment, I will be canceling my account and ensuring my data is securely removed from their systems.
I would not recommend Bill.com to anyone who values efficient, straightforward, and transparent financial service

I accidentally signed up for the wrong account. Their website is not user friendly and I struggled with deleting it. I called customer service several times requesting to be reimbursed for the $79 that they continued deducting from my bank account. They finally reimbursed me for ONE month=disgusting as they can see that account was NEVER used! I will also let the company know that uses them to pay their employees that they are horrible!

Allowed a setup of a fraudulent account for my companies name and then allowed transactions to continue even after contracting bill.com which is extremely difficult. Banks have a legal and ethical responsibility to refund scammed money to their customers but bill.com has zero customer service does not take fraud seriously. I also have customers that use bill.com (why I don't know) and when they send an email they state a delivery date of a check which is usually 6 to 10 days after the date stated in the email. They are using a float scheme to gain more interest income on customers money. Stay away from this fraudulent company.

This company is a scam. I have, in writing, confirmation of my credit limit, statement credit and monthly rewards. Even with confirmation in writing for months now, my credit limit was reduced with no notification and on time payments since inception.

You are only able to get support through a chat, and the person on the chat is overseas, and since English not being their native language, it is incredibly hard to get them to understand my questions.
So basically they have completely outsourced their support.
The usability of the site is very poor. Whoever designed it does not understand UI development. I have been using it for a couple of years now, but I am currently looking for alternatives. Bill is expensive, clunky, and has really no support.

This company took 8500.00 out of my account with out any authorization. I have never heard of them or do any kind of business with them. They were phishing my account by doing deposits in and out of.88 cents and then 8500.00. The scammers are bill.com and golden girls retirement. I have nothing to do with either companies. They need shut down ASAP.

My Name is Jefferson Herrera. I am the owner of M&A deals advisory LLC. I started using Bill.com since I needed a payment procesing platform. At the begining I got paid the next business day after I charged my customers, which was great. However, I have more than one week waiting for paymets that had not arrived yet, they schedule the payments for a date, the problem is that they don't send the money in that date and the reschedule the payment 5 days ahead, over and over again, my business needs to pay payroll, regular expenses, now I am short on cash because of bill.com problem. I have opened 5 tickets so far and nobody has been able to explain me what's going on?

I won't get into the actual problems of their service and software right now. I just want to address the fact that Bill.com requires you to submit Cancellation Request Forms that go unattended to, forcing you to wait week(s) if you ever choose to cancel your account.
No respect whatsoever for the user. These are nothing more than scummy tactics utilized to retain users and inflate numbers, by creating unnecessary resistance.
Please be aware of this and carefully choose a more reputable and sophisticated service and do not make the same mistake I did.

Terrible, bill.com literally stole my money. It Has completely disappeared and now I just got screwed out of my almost $3000 that is completely unaccounted for. They were supposed to get back to me but its been days. They have no idea where it went, yah right their shady CEO has it or one of their shady business managers do. I just wanted to have a simple transfer of my funds into my bank account and now I am completely screwed and have no more for my rent this month. Just a disaster. Never us bill.com. Complete crooks.

I wanted/needed to reset my password. The site sends me in a loop of entering my email and sending me a reply to reset. The chat function is not a chat function populated by human beings - more like an automated FAQ recommending that I "log in" - can't do that bc my account is locked and I'm in the reset loop. No 800 #. No real person to even get back to me. It's a little frustrating. Maybe my browser settings are off or something, but if the solution to my issue is easy, then it should be more readily apparent or easy enough for a human being to answer. Thanks.

This service is horrible. I still Haven't gotten my money over a month of it saying "paid" & money received a month ago and this company I cant even call. How are you a service dealing with billing and people but don't have a phone support? This is embarrassing. They are trying to steal my money. The email system is the worst with the lazy staff that take forever to respond then submit the case as "solved" so they don't got to deal with it. The staff is an embarrassment and laughing stock of employees.

They not only charge you for this software but then they charge every person you try to pay a hefty fee to get their money before 8 days. Otherwise they hold the money for 8 days and then pay it! DISGRACEFUL

Bill.com used to be great, but not since the Feb 2020 update. I'm a software developer myself, and I'm completely shocked that their user interface made it to production. It's the absolute worst I've ever seen. No exaggeration. I'm actively looking for alternatives.

Answer: This will be the most success you have with them. From this point on, any time you spend on Bill.com will just be time off your life. Seriously, wait for a check in the mail from your client. Even if it gets mis-routed through Arkansas before getting to you, that will be less stressful and you will get it sooner than getting the money through this crap site.
Answer: Follow your gut...Do NOT attempt to allow your customer to pay via bill.com. I never received the option of receiving payment via email with a virtual credit card. And, despite what their web site says, I can't find a way to change the current, RIDICULOUS payment process...they call me on the phone from a different time zones hours behind. They verbally give me a credit card number. Stupid process...if either the barely-speaks-the-same-language-as-me person on the other end or I happen to transpose numbers, there is no way to get back in touch with them. And God forbid you don't answer the call...they do NOT leave a voicemail and if you attempt to call the same number back, you just get a recording that doesn't help at all! I've now been waiting for 6 days for them to call me back to pay me my $10,000!
Answer: Run the opposite way! Do NOT even attempt it! The have NO customer support. I swear they just train the same 5 people in the art of "Giving You The Runaround". Keep in mind, that's through Live Chat only. There is NO telephone option!
