I placed my order December 24 of 2009 for a Canon G10. I never got a report detailing what I ordered, or how much I agreed to spend - NEVER got a phone call telling me my order wasn't in stock, that it was on back order, and was treated like my business wasn't worthy of their time every time I called to inquire.
While on the phone with customer service in the past, I've been hung up on, waited 20-30 minutes before I spoke with anyone, and I could never speak a full sentence without being interrupted. I was called a $#*! by the supposed "Manager" (who was the same person who answered the phone in the first place so it's highly unlikely that he was the mgr), telling me he was the only one I could talk to about the matter. Then he canceled my order without my permission (today, by the way, is March 22.) I had to raise my voice in order to even get a word in. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use these arrogant $#*!s. My next stop: the BBB to report them, and every other website that where you can rate vendors. I'm SHAKING I'm so mad.
