Biomed

I own a small trucking company. One of the many requirements of the dot is that you enroll in a drug and alcohol testing consortium. Long story short while my wife and I had been out of town helping and being by our daughter's side as she was recovering from a very serious injury to her head, Biomed called me on my cell phone request a random ua and I explained the situation, and with complete disregard reported to the dot that we refused to test. This has been a back and forth dispute for a week. This report disqualifies me from performing safety sensitive duties. So I have been beside myself with the ability that they have to just halt my business. I have had no responses to my voice mails no email response etc. Its unbelievable. I continue to seek a course of action against Biomed Testing Services. I highly would advice avoiding doing business with this company.
