I am deeply disappointed with Bioniq's customer service and billing practices. I have only received two subscription shipments despite being charged five times ($75 each). I reached out to cancel my subscription after the third payment but did not receive a timely response before the fifth payment was charged on September 7th. Additionally, I have only received tracking information for one shipment.
The lack of response and poor customer service not only makes me feel scammed, but it also severely undermines my trust in Bioniq and their personalized supplement product. I am requesting a thorough review of their unfair practices and a full refund of $425. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bioniq to anyone.
