We created a QR code and printed it on hundreds of products. Then our QR code disappeared from the system. When I asked customer service if they could restore it because it is causing us a lot of damage, they said they were aware of the problem and would let me know when it was fixed. That's all. They didn't care at all about our loss due to their software not working.

This is not the first time I haven't found customer service useful and just wasted my time with it, just like with the program, which often doesn't work the way it should.

The management should be replaced very quickly, otherwise the company will go bankrupt...

After my cats had their teeth pulled due to dental disease they could not keep all the food in their mouths when eating. A lot of crumbles ended up on the floor. Also, they like to pick up big chunks, take them out of the dish onto the floor and eat them. So I end up with a mess. These premium silicone pet food mats are a great solution! The grey color matches my tile. They are flat so they can be walked on, they stay in place and are super easy to pick up and clean. I just pick them up and brush the crumbs into the garbage basket. Once in a while I give them a rinse or wipe with a damp cloth. I love them! I don't know why I waited so long to get something.
