BitPlay has been flagged for suspicious review activity. Many of the reviews look fake and are currently being investigated or have been removed.
The is site offers a lot of variety of platforms to play on. It's also easy to load most of the time it doesn't take long. But it also depends on how busy the block chain is. I enjoy playing my with this site and will continue to do so as long as it's easy and convenient.
Bitplay like to mislead members with Facebook posts promising those who join a group or share they will receive 15 in freeplay but once you complete it they tell you it is a contest and winner will be drawn. Posting a pic of the post to see if anyone can find that drawing in there.
From my first withdrawal it was very simple. I put my bitcoin address, I put the platform,the amount I wanted to withdraw,and it was immediately handled. It was total care of an accepted and processed.

BitPlay Casino is a name you can most def trust, daily opportunities to come up quick, but only downside is the max withdraw for my level 5 is $300 every 24hrs. Not too bad but could be better, besides that it's a site you can trust that pays out.

Been playing with bitplay for about 2 years, have not had any negative experiences thus far. The only downer is witdrawl usually take. Up to 24 hrs. Instant is always better. But. Really great online casino with lots of different platforms offering tons of games. Choices and most have there own sign up bonus..

How I would describe BitPlay:
~ Well designed & organized website that's easy to navigate
~ Easy ways to deposit (Crypto currency accepted - primarily Bitcoin, Ethereum, & Doge Coin)
~ Account Verification/K.Y.C. ("Know Your Customer") process was **VERY** quick & simple!
~ Withdrawals were also very fast and easy.
~ Customer Service was always helpful and friendly. One Customer Service employee really stood out to me and went above & beyond was Archie.
~ Huge menu of different gaming platforms to choose from (I went with Game Vault)
~ Lots of fun bonuses/promotions
BitPlay really surprised me, to be honest. I've gotten so used to other online gambling sites where Account Verification/K.Y.C. Took at least a week to hear back from anyone and usually get the "run around" or instructions from Customer Service that makes no sense at all, etc...
But not at BitPlay.

While not truly understanding the customer base that they are serving, I still feel that they have a good team. They are very personable until you disagree with them. The only thing that they have done me wrong with is cheating me out of a jackpot money due to their lack of understanding the English language. Other than that I say that they are great to use. The only other issue I find with them is for a customer to have to do something like this just to speed up their process of a withdrawal. Especially when there's other companies that does instant withdrawal...

Support team is awesome. Deposit with email confirmation. The bonus coupon is great. I wish the maximum daily cash out is higher though. $250 limit cash out seems it's house curve, makes our chances to cash out is not likely. If you deposit $100, but can only cash out $250 is cool, but not exciting as when you get to cash out $500+ with that limit I end up playing the remaining balance to zero. I find that unfair and against "safety" nets for players.

I've been a member of BitPlay for over 2 years now. Time flies when you're having fun. Anytime I've had any questions of minor issues I email customer support or contact them via chat and depending on the problem it had always been handled from within a little as 10 minutes up to 3
