BitPlay has been flagged for suspicious review activity. Many of the reviews look fake and are currently being investigated or have been removed.
The is site offers a lot of variety of platforms to play on. It's also easy to load most of the time it doesn't take long. But it also depends on how busy the block chain is. I enjoy playing my with this site and will continue to do so as long as it's easy and convenient.
Bitplay like to mislead members with Facebook posts promising those who join a group or share they will receive 15 in freeplay but once you complete it they tell you it is a contest and winner will be drawn. Posting a pic of the post to see if anyone can find that drawing in there.
Promotions codes rarely work that are sent via email. Apps won't load on phone. Very frustrating at the beginning. Now I just use one platform to keep things easy.

I played here a couple times without issues but the last time i deposited $50 and I won $200. I went to request a cashout and instead of my money i received an email saying i needed to verify my identity again. My license had just expired and i don't have any idea when I'll have the opportunity to renew it. I explained this and asked if i could just have a refund and they refused that as well. On their website they claim they wont accept a deposit unless verified. Also at the bottom under their withdrawal policy it says "Please be aware that we will only need to confirm your identification once. After that, we won't ask you to share your information with us again.". It says this multiple times on this site and is clearly a lie. Even if this wasn't stated they never should have accepted a deposit they couldn't payout so i am at least owed a refund. Their customer service is horrible as well. No wonder they give everyone $20 for signing up. Thats the only way they can trick people into playing there.
