Blinds 2Go

About me, I've bought from them twice, problems twice.

1st time: Go cordless honeycomb blinds and the tabs to pull them down were impossible to install and was easy to damage the blinds when installing them. They admitted it was difficult to install. I never installed them because didn't want to get into more trouble. Anyway, made the mistake of ordering from them again...

2nd time: Got these cool vista/tuiss day night type blinds. Unfortunately they came apart as soon as we unrolled it. Tried to email them to get this sorted after waiting 3 weeks for the product and 3 emails, 3 week days later, not even a single reply.

Online businesses like this require lots of trust and quick communications with customers. They do have not got this. Avoid.

After I receivd a quote from a local company for hundreds I tried one more search online and came across blinds2go. I'm so glad I did! I couldn't believe the difference in price. Blinds2go website is easy to use with instant quotes and you can see quite clearly the type and quality of product you are ordering. Will definitely be using them again for the rest of my house. They have saved me an absolute fortune and I love my new blind.

When searching for voile roman blinds I was wanted to make sure that they should be easy to clean. The description of the voile roman blinds I bought from blinds2go clearly states that the "fabric attached with velcro making it quick and convenient to remove for cleaning" which was exactly what I wanted and it is - great. The description also states that the blind is "fully sewn, no gluing or bonding". But guess what, the rods and the metal bar at the bottom of the blind are glued in! So when they need cleaning I'm going to have to carefully try to either make a cut or unpick the glue to remove the rods/bar. So I'm not happy at all about that. I decided to keep the blinds because I couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle of returning them and they are well made, but I shan't purchase from Blinds2go again. They obviously can't be trusted.

We've purchased quite a few blinds from Blinds2Go now. Including Perfect Blinds and Velux Roofwindow blind. Its great there website is so informative before purchase, a handy video to show how easy it is to install the blind made us decide to buy the products. Once purchased they send you a email with handy fitting instructions. Excellent company, looked after very well, quick delivery and no problems installing. Thanks blinds2go

Ordered two vertical blinds, they arrived a couple of days later than advertised, not a problem this time. Actual blinds are well made, however the control cords on both had problems. On one blind the blind travel cord was noticeably shorter than the blind twist cord, which is now loose will the other is tight.

On the other blind (which was for a particularly wide window relative to its drop) the control cords are unnecessarily short at 31cm, some 24cm short of the window sill. As a result, to open or close (travel) the blinds takes four short pulls on the cord. The control cords should have been made significantly longer, so not best pleased. Fortunately the blinds on this window, once set are basically left alone, otherwise I would have returned these blinds.

I ordered two roman blinds for my kitchen and utility room windows.
The site is easy to navigate and i was continually updated on my order and received the order earlier than previously said.
The quality is excellent and fixtures and fittings spot on. The company emailed me the fitting instructions when the order was confirmed which was very handy. I have already recommended Blinds2Go to friends and family,

I will not be using them in the future. The correct recess measurements were given however the blinds came in slightly wider, after trying to adjust it, we sent them back and they made us pay again for new blinds because we had attempted to adjust the blinds. We paid for new blinds and had new ones sent however the pelmet was damaged, informed them of this and now they want pictures sent of this before they do anything. They waste alot of time. Not happy.
