We are a holiday letting company, and have recently renovated all of our cottages. We have ordered many blinds from Blinds2go, and have always been very impressed with how easy the website is to use, the promptness of the deliveries, and the quality of the products. We have even had clients asking where we got the blinds from, and have been pleased to recommend Blinds2go.
This is the second time I have used this company. The quality of the blinds and fittings is excellent. I have made the mistake in the past of buying a cheaper blind trying to cut corners and its ended up costing me much more after having to buy a replacement. So now I always use Blinds2Go.
Easy enough to order, and emails regarding questions were answered but quality is cheap. Finish is rough.
But price wasnt!
Easy to fit and everything delibered, but overall product is poor. Delivery was a total joke. They left one blind in a unlocked porch but wouldnt leave the other!?!? To be fair, it was probably the delivery company at fault but this doesnt help this compan, when you have to run about and deal with several emails when all other companies used have no issues.
Excellent service from ordering on this website to fitting our blind. We were impressed with the easy to understand information about measuring our windows when ordering and fitting when we received our order. Would highly recommend Blinds2go.
The ordering is easy, the blinds come with the measurement spot on. Downside is they take a long time to arrive. There are no wall plugs supplied. There are no instructions for plasterboard fitting. Everytime I get a blind, the pelmit fitting is different.
The instructions on the Blinds2Go website made it easy to determine which product I needed to order - leaving only the choice of colour! Delivery was fast and the install of the roller-blind was quick and simple, needing only four screws and taking 10 minutes. Nice product...
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. How this company has avoided national press coverage is beyond me! Poor quality workmanship for a high price. Haven't had my blinds long at all and they have all begun to fail. Contacted their Customer Service and was told that as it was outside of the warranty period, they weren't able to help. HELLO? This is 500 quids worth of blinds... and they're blinds, they go up, they go down, how could they possibly fail?! It's not like I've been hanging off them.
IN SHORT, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
This is my second set of blinds i have purchased here, always pleased. The quoted delivery times are accurate, the product is well packaged and is of very good quality - very well made roman blinds
They are not the cheapest online and i don't go for the cheapest range and for that I expect good quality and blinds2go do not disappoint. Happily use again and recommend to others
I bought two sets of blinds and have to say how pleased I am with both of them, they arrived very quickly and the quality of the blinds are very good for the price. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and will certainly buy from Blinds2go again.

Ordered blinds on 2/4 that were due to arrive between 11th -16th April
It's Now 18th April and they still haven't arrived
I've sent 2 e-mails and had no response. I also called them yesterday spoke to Isabel who said she she would investigate and get back to me- I'm still waiting. Shocking customer service!
As above, however the blind was fiddly to actually get in and we didn't realise the window frame had solid fixings above and we couldn't use fixings to the sides, so had to glue the blind. Got there in the end and looks fine.

We have used Blinds2go twice now and have found that the quality of the product and speed of delivery was exceptional, especially for the cost. I intend to use them again for the rest of the house and would recommend them as a go to supplier for wooden blinds.
I ordered 2x Blackout Roman blinds for my bedroom. They DO NOT block out the light. The chain was so short I could hardly reach it to operate them and they are SO slow to go up and down it feels like every morning and evening is an extra chore. After spending >£200 I was expecting a quality, user friendly product. Sadly not the case. Customer services are frustrating to deal with- I've had to repeat myself time and time again. They've sent me a longer chain but ignored my other complaints and have not offered a refund even though I've explained repeatly I'm deeply unsatisfied with the product. GO ELSEWHERE!
Bought two more blinds and again the service and quality were spot on. The delivery was on time the fitting of the wooden blinds was simple also sizes were spot on altogher really pleased with this company and there product definately use again
I have recently purchased my fifth blind from Blinds2go and each time I have been delighted with the quality of the blind and with the service provided. There is a huge range to choose from and the site is so easy to use for measuring and to be able to get an instant price and a sample if required is great. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else for blinds and would highly recommend them. Btw, my husband finds the blinds very easy to fit!
Need Better Customer Service... Very Condescending towards Customers... Business and Jobs are Lost... One Customer at the time... Perhaps a lesson that could be learned by a Company that has expanded to a point where more could be done to help the Consumer... "BUYER BEWARE"...!
This is the seventh blind I have made by blinds2go and it is as good as the first. The fabrics are lovely and great quality. Excellent service as well. In the past I have made my own blinds but since I had the first blinds made I will not make my own again. I feel that the mechanism is much better than the DIY kits that you can buy.
