Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered the samples at about 3.00pm and they arrived the next morning. Ordered the blinds and they came when they said they would and fitted perfectly and look really good.
Searched the internet for blinds as was on a budget. Blinds2go was the cheapest company so was a bit doubtful of the quality, how wrong was I. It was quite a large order with blinds of all different sizes, one of the downsides of living in an old house. The blinds arrived within two weeks well packaged, all marked with the relevant sizes and best of all GREAT QUALITY. Would happily recommend this company and will definitely use again... if you need blinds shop at Blinds2go.

Ordered the B2G Elements blackout blind as a replacement for the broken Velux one I had. Fast delivery and an absolute doddle to install (10 mins!) a lot easier than the Velux type. Worked perfectly and at less than half the price of a Velux blind I was well pleased. This is my 2nd purchase from B2G, I would highly recommend them.
Firstly the color of the blind was different to the coilour swatch so it did not match my surroundings as perfectly as I expected it to.
Secondly, the stitching for the rods showed all away across the front facing of the fabric,
Thirdly they offered a free thermal lining which was so thin the light shone through and there was no extra padding within to complete the quality of the thermal barrier.
Fourthly, there was puckering in the stitching where the rod was installed and because it was sewn to the fabric it showed.
Fiftly, customer services excused all the above points and said that it was normal and this is how they are made and it meets their quality standards (excuse me! So we have to expect goods that are substandard and overpriced). Even with a 20% discount I could have, and should have, made the product myself. It would have cost me a fraction of the cost and I would have got a proper thermal lining!
Very disappointed with Blinds2go for two reasons. Firstly the colours for Roman and Roller are on the website as looking the same but they are very different. Secondly claims both are 100% polyester they are not the Roller is different.
Problem is the things I have mentioned are not mentioned on the website. Ordered a blind was completely wrong shade due to it being a diffferent polyester. Rang up will not refund had to order another one, very bad customer service. Sent email to one of the directors and got completely ignored. Will not be using them again
I have just been made aware that these blinds are not made in the UK. My anticipated dispatch date was 7th April... and i am still waiting apparently they have not yet arrived in the UK however nowhere on the site does it tell customers that they are made abroad. I would not have ordered then if they had told me this. They do not provide any delivery dates if they are late so you as the customer has to chase them. You cannot cancel the order so you could be waiting months and you cannot do anything about this. Communication is none existent which they need to improve this and be honest with cusomers need to make customers aware they are not made in the UK.
Fitted velux type blinds, blackout blinds; slatted blinds; roman blinds; roller blinds. All delivered promptly with instructions; all fitted perfectly with minimum effort; still perfect after 4 years!
I have ordered blinds for every windows & french doors now all beautifully made. Very wide selection, easy to order quick delivery & I would say their customer service is the best by far.
Very disappointed we ordered 4 wooden blinds and despite the company insisting you measure correctly it seems their staff can't do the same. All 4 blinds are too long by several cm which means they clunk onto or past the window sill and have too many slats! Have tried to get help, sent photos and been ignored completely. No response! Wasted hours in online chat queue, sent emails passed from person 6 weeks later I finally got a chap called Daniel who having looked at the evidence of my blinds falling past the window sills assures me that they are in fact made correctly! Despite each one being completely different amount too long ranging (1-4 1/2 cm) this is acceptable apparently? They offered a Us. us a guide to removing slats but they are not going to do anything. At NO point in the buying process were we told our blinds would NEVER look like the ones on their website that open up fully and sit perfectly in the gap! Don't waste your money with this company once they have it it's gone!
These blinds are excellent. Once I'd worked out which way up the locking mechanisms were meant to go (sorry!) it was a doddle to put them up. And they look really good! Thank you.
Absolutely disgraceful service from Blinds2go. Ordered blinds which were supposed to be delivered Monday 26th March at the latest. No sign still today on Thursday. Called and was told the driver "couldn't find my house" today - utter nonsense. We live on a normal road in a house/road that has been there since at least the sixties! No one has EVER had a problem finding our address. Was then told that blind won't be delivered until Tuesday 3rd April due to Good Friday/Easter Monday. Appalled by such poor customer service and certainly won't be using again. Avoid and go elsewhere.
I had read the reviews and thought I'd give them a try, I made the measurements yet when fitting to my window they were extremely tight, I was under the advice that they would make the blind very slightly smaller so that it would fit the window exact, yet my blinds keep jamming due to the very tight fit.
Absolutely love my new mirror blind and the easy measurement system.
Always associated Venetian blinds with offices but the wonderful selection of colours has changed my mind..
The blind turned up in good packaging. It was a perfect fit. Fitting of the blind was very easy.
The only minor issue was the controller cord (the chrome chain), it was a bit short. I have 2m tall windows and that is not from the ground. The controll cord only come half way down the blind, which means you have to reach up to pull the cord. Other than that I would still recommend the blinds, and just ask for a longer cord.
Thankyou for making my blinds i am very happy with them they look smart and as they are blackout blinds they have kept the sun out and my rooms stay cool i have now replaced most of the blinds in the house. I would reccommend Blind2 go.
I bought 5 day and night blinds for my new log cabin, they look fab, let in the light but can also help keep cabin cool when the sun is shining as cabin can become very warm.

Order 5 of the faux wood blinds in white 50mm slats very strong unlike the plastic type and the 50mm looks great and better quality than the 25mm plastic material. Very happy with these highly recommended.
Fantastic quality, great delivery and true to size. The only negative and the reason i am disappointed is the colour is completely different to the sample origionally recieved. The sample was not like the final product a photo has been submitted to the help desk.
I have had 4 sets of perfect fit blinds from Blind2go and they have all been brilliant. They do exactly what it says in the title, they fit perfect! I have also had Velux which are brilliant. All blinds are easy to fit and look awesome. I would highly recommend.
