Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
I like the color and look of te blind and the blackout feature, however, i do not like the clear wand. It is too high and would prefer it to be the same color of the blind. Also, it is a bit hard to turn to open and close the blinds

The worst thing about an order like this one was that I could not tell what color blinds I was ordering base on the picture I saw on-line. Total surprise when it arrived. Definitely would not have ordered the color that was sent.But, not a big problem because it was a neutral color and matched my decor.

Great deal and I'm really excited about having my new blinds installed! They fit and were installed perfectly! There was the biggest selection of colors, too.

This is the second blind I ordered as the first blind had a few different places where the blind pleats do not lay flat. You can see an empty black space when pulled down. The very same outcome with this second blind I got. The blind does not lay flat in two different spots. VERY frustrating.
The first gal I chatted with in customer service never got back to me as she said she would. I called again & talked to another gal. This gal was helpful. She apologized and had another blind sent out to me - free of charge. I received the second blind but it has the very same issue. Pleats do not lay flat.
Not sure what to do now. Perhaps, just live with the defective blind? But they are not cheap!!

Easy to understand measuring and install instructions. Our only complaint this time around is the last custom blind had a lever in the MIDDLE of the blind rather than on the left/right like a typical blind. Fortunately it wasn't for a window that opens but we didn't realize that before ordering it and it was the only blind that met the sizing spec we needed. All of that aside, I would definitely recommend Blinds.com and we'll continue to order from them going forward.

The larger 2" metal blind blades do not stay parallel as I turn the wand. They twist. It's a mess. I called customer service a month ago & they have never responded.

This "order" was actually a remake because the first blind we received was defective - wouldn't operate at all! Then after submitting a video demonstrating that the blind did not work, it still took several weeks to get the replacement. Not exactly the definition of quality control or good customer service.

Very easy to find what I needed, and the ordering process was very smooth. I'm glad we can have our windows professionally measured and the blinds installed for us. The blinds are very nice, and I like that they're cordless. My only complaint is that they smelled very strong out of the box, and it's taken a couple of weeks to get the smell out enough that I don't have an allergic reaction to them.
