Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
I thought I had measured properly. However, I reversed a one and a five when entering my information. My mistake! I was filled disappointment and had to reorder. The calming woman reassured me that she could help. My mistake blinds went to a donation spot. Win/win!

I had problems installing my blinds. The first time I called it didn't help but they did replace the blind that I damaged. The second time I called the assistant helped my before I tried to install a second time. I was very thankful.

Three of the blinds were not snapped in properly at the top and were bent I had to fix them to go to snap in and work properly. Why do I have to agree to have my review put on Facebook etc? I really don't think you like what I really had to say if I had to know it was going on Facebook.

The screws provided and the quality of measurements on the valences and components is poor — the valence for the blinds is appx 1/2" too narrow — looks awful. Screws are cheap, strip easily. Boxes were beat up, showed up damaged, thankfully products OK. Overall the quality and QC is lacking. Also, the blinds are not to measurement, all are appx 1/2-1" too short.

We ordered Levelor cellular shades which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Had excellent input from one of the design consultants--very helpful. On delivery, a pull handle was missing from one of the boxes. We have connected with a CS person and one is being sent to us.

Great quality faux wood blinds. They worked with us to get the right color, and we love the final choice of whitewashed. They also asked us to donate the first order to Habitat for Humanity, which we thought was a really nice idea, and we were happy to do so.

The customer service was great and the guide for how to measure and order online is very clear. One of the blinds I received initially had a tear in it, and customer service immediately sent a replacement. I am very happy with the overall quality of the blinds and the service received. The ONLY area of improvement I can think of is to make the paper installation instructions a bit more clear. The ones I received had no words, just pictures for installing them yourself. But after a few trial and errors, I figured it out.

It was a good shopping experience. I liked all of the different selections of blinds. I love the push up pull down from the top and bottom ones that I ordered. I have had wonderful compliments on them from family and friends. They are modern for my windows. No more curtains for my homes.

It was pretty easy to determine what style I needed, how to measure properly and the site walks you right through how to order properly. There was some damage in shipping which was taken care of immediately and a new blind was shipped out, no questions asked. Great customer service!

Love the product and quality. Not happy that it took almost 2 months to receive them. After 30 days, I'm not getting any updates of it shipping, I had to call customer service. Once I did that, I believe they got the ball rolling and I finally received them 2 1/2 weeks later.
