Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
For a number of years I have purchased blinds from Blinds.com and everytime I am impressed with their products, service and price. Always a great outcome!

Great Product. Have enjoyed the blinds I own. Great selection and prices. My only real complaint is I can't use the balance that came with it as it's much different than the 2 other blinds on the same wall and prefer cords instead of wand.

Build an estimate tool is great, would be nice to have the option to compare colors across different blind types. I was trying to match Blackout curtains for a bedroom with light-filtering blinds for a living room/office and was having trouble. This would be helpful!

Vertical blind.
Simple to install. Takes some patience for the bottom chain to space out the single strips.
Looks nice and works well.
The basic model. White S plastic with structured surface is great for our patio door.
Solid, pet friendly. Withstands the use. Easy to clean.
Large selection. Switching between the different option could be more user friendly.

I just wanted to place a repeat order and your website did not offer this option. Your chat option was just a waste of time because I had to sit and wait at least 15 minutes for someone to respond. When I asked about just repeating my last order, they just sent me back to your website, where I had to figure out what I had ordered previously.

I've had these shades for exactly five months. The fabric on the sides is already starting to fray. Worse than that is the fact that the chain broke. I called and waited on hold (there is no way to email the company anymore). After a long hold, they agreed to send me a new chain after I sent them pictures documenting the fact that the chain broke (in case I'm in the blind-chain-collection business). There were no instructions on installing a new chain, and I had to take apart everything, further fraying the fabric (now stuck because I can't roll up the blinds without a chain). Without instructions on how to re-install the new chain, I'm stuck. There are no videos or tutorials on my particular model. The quality was a disappointment. Five months, really?

Blinds.com had our original order from many years ago and we were able to reorder and upgrade with ease. We called with a few questions and the people we spoke with were very personable. The samples they sent helped us choose the right color and we were able to get them at a great price too. When the blinds came they fit perfectly, were easy to install and look fantastic!

Very easy to order blinds and the install was also simple. I love the top down bottom up blinds design used for the smaller windows but the large ones are also nice just the top ropes are in your view when you pull the top down.

I placed an order for 3 blinds. When they came in I realized that I made a mistake concerning the size of 2 out of 3 blinds. Customer service was so kind and walked me through the process not only with the measurements but with the cell size. They sent me samples of different cell sizes and colors and no cost. When I called back to order the replacements, once again customer service treated me very kindly. I received the new product and I installed it. Wow...what a great product, customer service and company. I will definitely be using them again and will let all my friends know of the experience. Great Job!

We've used Blinds.com in the past to purchase shades for our entire home. We just had a new window installed and purchased the Bali Blackout Shades. We love the shades, but we're disappointed in the how the blinds retract. The classic drawstring option was not available for the size we chose, so we selected the Continuous Cord Loop and it's difficult to use compared to our other shades. Please bring back this option!
