Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
I couldn't believe how great my blinds are. Top quality material. I will order again. I would like to have an option to order a white plug or a black plug in the future.

For the cost of all the blinds, I would think they would not be so cheap looking. The stick to open up and close the blinds is very still on some.

Once I found out which products were on sale, everything went smoothly. Although retired 18 years now, I was in the window coverings business for 40 years, so was interested in how your products compare with those that I sold. In a word, they were excellent and at a price lower than what I paid for wholesale back in the 1980s through 2005. My only wish is that I had more windows to do.

Sterling was very helpful from your design center. When I got my blinds they were what I had hoped for as a match color wise. The mechanisms were somewhat different, but all is good.

The blind was wider in depth due to no cord to raise and lower. The new mechanism was easier to use. Thankful to Kitty in customer service, talked me into trying the installation as she thought I would like this type better. She was right and I will order again. Give her a raise. She was very professional and kind as I was a little upset.

It was easy to use this website. The price was competitive. I'm a designer and see pricing on a regular basis. Easy to install but one of the wands broke off the day after it was installed. I ordered a replacement but concerned it will happen again as they sent the same cheap wand. It's on the designer 2" faux wood cordless blind. Also, the Levolor decorative facia was too short by an inch. The blind is inside mount but the facia projects proud of the casing and is too short to cover the bracket. I'm waiting for a replacement.
I hopeful all issues will be resolved.

I'm happy with the final product now that it's installed, but unfortunately the ordering and delivery process were very frustrated. My order coincided with a storm in Texas that shut down the customer service center for many days. There was no email or online way to get any help, which left me incredibly frustrated when I finally did get someone on the phone, they couldn't even track my order or tell me if it was coming or not. They gave me about 10% back on the order, which made those shakes a little more tolerable. At the end of the day, like I said, I'm happy with what I got, but I probably wouldn't order from them again because having no way to do email or online support in 2024 it's just not acceptable and not who I'm willing to give my business to

The blind seems to be of good quality, I would not give it excellent since the bottom rod is not center in blind and it took almost an extra 3 weeks over estimated time. So with almost 7 week turn around I would expect perfection.
