Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.

Your Instructions were helpful and clear. However, I did have some issues in maneuvering the blinds up and down to begin with. Also, 1/16 drill bit did not accommodate the screws included, though I was installing the hangers into wood. I had to go up to 3/16 to accompilsh that

I ordered 2 sets of blinds at a cost of $701.09. They arrived mis made, cordless lift did not work. I reordered. They notified me today that order was canceled. I have been dealing with this since May 29,2024. Now they don't answer the phone nor do they call you back. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau!
Tip for consumers:
They advertise that they will correct any mistakes,but canceled the order that was supposed to correct the problems. I feel ripped off! $701.09 is a lot of money for mis made blinds!

I ordered vertical blinds… As advertised, Installation fairly simple. Measurements were accurate however, some of the actual slats were different lengths. The measurements are very precise so I would recommend subtracting an eighth or a quarter of an inch so it doesn't contact the bottom Of the window.

I ordered 10 highly expensive custom blinds. Two of them were shipped on time. Remaining order kept changing estimated shipping time. Apparently they cannot deliver the product in two months. Avoid at all cost.

I like the step by step instructions on how to measure and order the blinds. The blinds themselves are very nice; however, the valance I ordered to put over the blinds is rather cheap looking and did not assemble well. The instructions for installing the blinds were not very clear and made it difficult to hang.
