Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
Blind was easy to order and arrived on time. Blind was well built, fitted perfectly and was exactly what we needed. Mounting instructions were well done and the blind was easily installed.

One of my blinds was sent with the incorrect length measurement but Blinds.Com quickly let me know that the mistake would be corrected and a new blind was forthcoming. The ordering process was convenient and the Installer was nice and pleasant and installed the blinds quickly and efficiently. I was happy i located Blinds.Com because with they were much more inexpensive than Blinds To Go.

I looked up SelectBlinds.com, Blindster.com, Home Depot and Costco. Blinds.com had the best price, the best options and the best look for what I wanted. I will be coming back.
My only request is that I'd love the option to do inset blinds with an outer valance.

I have emailed all my neighbors and told several people I work with - you are the company to work with for window coverings.
I wanted to return and pay the difference for the replacement. I was told to keep the 1st shade and it will be replaced. That is exactly what happened and very quickly. Thank you so much!

These blinds are even better than I hoped they would be. They are durable, easy to use, look great and they are easy to install. It took me only a few minutes to install them and put them to use.

Very easy to use the website. Have ordered before and love the shades. Please double check my order to make sure I get the plastic clips for the valances. I didn't get them in my last order. We used barn wood instead so it wasn't a problem.

I was pleased with Blinds.com's quality and pretty easily used ordering system.
The quality of the blinds matched descriptions well and I am pleased with them.
The instructions are a little overwhelming, but once you figure out which part of it you need to read is mostly clear.
More specific notation of how the tension can be adjusted would be appreciated, as well as more pointers on how to take the blinds down, should one need to (for cleaning or whatever...).
