Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
Just like previous purchases. Very straightforward. Installation took a little time to sort out, but everything fell into place.

Purchase Very easy to use. The customer service is horrible. Once the blinds were received you must schedule installation, the website does not you to schedule online so you have to call. No one answers the phone, you cannot leave a message, I called multiple times once i was on hold 1 hour 41 minutes then i had to get to an appoint so i had to hang up. Once we got an appointment confirmation nobody showed up after staying home the whole day. You get the idea, BE CAREFUL!

Generally, I am very pleased with the quality of the plantation shutters. The packaging and shipping are excellent.
My biggest complaint is that there is no EASY way to correspond with customer service. It would be great if you provided email support to customers and an easily identified phone number.

Easy! I like this instead of wandering through a store and not getting all the same blinds because they are out of stock. Easy to measure. All fit perfectly.

It took a little bit to figure out the order process online. I had several sized shades to configure and I think about 10 Windows. I also purchased some motorized shades which for the most part are very nice the functionality is basic, I had to call support to assist with programming as the codes in the manual were different than the actual programming, and I also found limitations setting stop points. They don't all map to voice or program commands, for example "close half way" or "close all the way"

Product process performs as expected.
Installation was easy, once I understood how to clip the front of the blind into the bracket. (This is where 'Blind' Installation directions could be improved. The picture provided does not make clear that there is a small groove JUST BEHIND the from of the blind). Now then, I called your help line and the lady talked me through the process and voila!

The website itself was mostly user friendly, but I did find it difficult to find some of the information I needed about the specific blinds I was considering. That being said, the two customer reps I spoke with were both top notch! They were extremely helpful and offered me their direct phone numbers in case I needed further assistance. Easy to navigate site and helpful customer service on the phone. I ended up installing the blinds myself which was very straightforward and a simple process. Just needed a drill and used the hardware they provided. Love the black out feature of these cell shades, it works well.
