Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
They were custom cut and are to be hung outside mount. Therefore, you can see the cut ends! They should have been stained to match the rest of the blind. I would NOT order from this company again!

We have always ordered blinds from Blinds.com and we have always been pleased. My husband has always measured the opening for all our blinds and they have been perfect, however, this time the blinds do not fit the opening. The blinds appears to be off set on the roll and it is not the same amount of space on both sides. So, I will not be able to use the blinds without curtains. Standing on the outside of the house looking into the windows there is a clear opening into our bedroom. I am not sure what happen this time with the cutting of the blinds. This is our first time getting motorized blinds. We have had the blinds for sometime and I have not been able to contact the company because I had contracted COVID and was down for weeks. I still plan on calling the company for suggestions.

Ordering, tracking the order, and receiving it were all excellent. The colors are good and look good on my window.
One of the shades will not go up all the way. It stops about 3 inches short of the top. I have not contacted customer service yet, but plan to do so.

We are very happy with the shade itself. Looks great and the motorized option works fine. However, the instructions, included with the shade, for programming the remote to the shade were very poor. Ended up calling customer service, which walked me through the setup process.
