Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
Website is well laid out, easy to order, so many options for what you may want. Once ordered them came quickly. Only negative, I ordered 3 shades and thought they didn't ship one, waited for other to arrive, then realized 2 were in one box. Wish they would have marked box, so I knew they all had arrived.

Orders 1 and 2 were perfect, and my third order was a perfect fit as well.
I would pay more for attachment brackets made out of heavier gauge metal. Maybe premium brackets could be an option that offered in the future.

Better photos of actual colors would be helpful. But the blinds fit perfectly, block almost all sun, the color looks great and they arrived quickly. Overall very happy with the purchase and wish I had done it years ago.

Only gave 4 stars for the product because the directions for installation are minimal and intended to cover all sizes so difficult to determine which method and parts are correct for my purchase. Also, according to the instructions, 3 brackets are supposed to be supplied for blinds over 20" wide. I only received 2 brackets for a 40" wide blind. Would have requested another bracket but they have no email customer service. You have to call them and I hate the phone so will hope the blind does not fall.

Good quality. Found the motorized features I was looking for at a reasonable price. No refund though for the solar charger part that I purchased but did not need, as it turns out. Customer service can only relay messages to the manufacturer and can not assist with refunds.

The blinds were okay. I expected better. The installation instructions lacked a lot to be desired. Valence attachments were pitiful. The vendor that Blinds.com used was the problem. Won't use that vendor anymore.
The first person I contacted said she was working the issue. I sent the requested pictures. She never called me back. I call customer service again and got a different person who was very helpfu. Got the problem resolved.

The customer service rep was helpful when I called to confirm measurements etc. It took a little longer than I expected to receive the blinds, but the updates about delays were very helpful. The tracking information wasn't user friendly and took us to the wrong site to track. The correct carrier's tracking site didn't work consistently. The delivery driver was excellent and called before making the delivery. Over all satisfied.

Still not satisfied, after having to reorder due to website not covering ordering for a skylight in a sloped ceiling and getting my reorder that don't quite cover the opening not sure how to proceed.
I follow all instructions from website and then person from customer service. Shades are to short and want expand to cover opening even though there seems to be some folds not fully expanded.

It was easy for me to measure myself, pick a color and style, and place an order. The blinds were extremely heavy (two 60" wide in one box) so I hired a handyman to install them. They are beautiful.
