Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
Easy to order and received in a timely manner. The price was very competitive with other suppliers. I would highly reccommend this company

It would be nice to have a continue shopping button after you put something in the cart. The cellular shades are very nice. Good colors. The plastic parts are close in color. They do grow on you over time.

Thanks, easy to use and prices were competitive. Good looking blinds, easy to install and easy to operate. A little pricey but they look good and they are wood, so they should last.

Poor shipment communication and lack of knowing where and when the product would be delivered. Delivery date changed three times and were not able to give me delivery dates that were valid.
Very poor they could not give me any shipment status other than the unit was shipped but they didn’t know where the order was nor when it might be delivered.

Order process was easy although my order was delayed by a few weeks. When I called to request a change (moved cord position), I was on hold for a long time (40 minutes I believe) but they were courteous and able to make the change. The install instructions for the cord loop lift were especially poorly written, and overall the cord loop lift was difficult to use and we think the plastic won't last. I am psyching myself up for another 40 minute wait to call and see if I we can literally just break the plastic piece of the cord loop off. Expected better for this price. FWIW, I picked the cord loop option because I was looking for a sturdier cord.

We didnt really like how the blind closes. It does not darken the room and does leave a little gap letting the light come in room. Also it bottoms have significant gaps that if someone is standing outside they would be able to see insides clearly.
The qualoty of the blinds are good but not at all happy with the way it closes.

It was easy to order but...the blinds did not work. They will not go all the way up. Also, I had a problem with the company saying I order another set of blinds when I did not order another set. I was not happy with first set. Why would I order another set?!
I only sent emails to cancel the order that I did not order. I got no response as to if it was canceled. I am hoping the a set does not show up at my house that I don't want!

The light blockers for my window arrived damaged - they were "crimped" and unusable. I contacted customer service and am now waiting on the arrival of replacement light blockers.
If THESE arrive also damaged, I will be requesting a refund for them, rather than continue to receive broken products.
The customer service person was very kind and helpful. The actual window coverings are great!

I was looking for a set of blinds for my back door and I was unable to find any for my particular size and shape. I heard about blinds.com online and I was able to get my measurements and set everything accordingly. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, and once it got here it was a 2 man job to get it installed but every other step was a breeze.

Measurement details were very helpful and my blinds were the correct size when I got them. I needed blinds to shade from the early morning sun and that is what I got. I am very satisfied with the product.

It was very difficult to find out how selecting one option is influencing the other and I had to do a lot of trial and error to see which material will work for my size, space and moterization constraints. For eg, I was trying to order Bali roller shades in size 94 3/4 X 70 and it was almost immosiple to know which all materials are available for this size and also with which options will moterization be possible. On top of this the customer service was unavailable due to hurricane and it was the last day of discount.
