Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
This was the first time to order blinds online and working with easy. They had clear instructions on how to measure for the different style of blinds. The nine blinds I ordered all fit perfectly. The installation instructions were clear and easy. The blinds arrived well packaged and there was no damage.

I called the company and told Heather. She told me to go ahead and order the correct one and I would get a credit for the amount of the first one, but I didn't have to send the original one back. She explained that this was because satisfaction was guaranteed.

Quick and easy and the Sure-Fit guarantee is wonderful. I originally measured incorrectly on two of my blinds ordered and they were replaced at no additional cost.
Installation was easy and the blinds look and perform great.

The shutters were apparently built very timely, and you advised they were shipped at that time. But the tracking showed they sat in your facility for over a month. The day after I made an inquiry, FedEx picked them up and delivered them promptly. If they didn't sit in limbo at you facility for 34 days I would be happier. The shutters turned out to be slightly below average.

Ordered 9 blinds and all were shipped and delivered at a reasonable time. One blind was the incorrect size but customer service was contacted after reopening from the hurricane and got the replacement blind made and shipped in about another 2 weeks. Overall very satisfied with the quality if the blinds and the service. Would def buy from them again.

Once I decided on what type of window treatment I wanted, it was easy. I did use the service to have measurements done for me which was quick and easy. I ordered and once the shade arrived, I was contacted to schedule for installation. It was so nice to have someone install and they were professional and courteous. The videos on measuring the windows was helpful as well as at checkout displaying the estimated shipping time. Once we opened the box and pulled out the blinds and hardware, it took about 30 minutes or so to install 2 blinds. They look great!
