Live in the artic and order roman blinds for a rear door. Great material, nicely lined but the bottom rail and sewing is uneven. Looks horrible when raised.as one end is higher than the other. No contact info was provided to discuss the issue with.
Ordered exact dimensions blinds with the understanding that when they made the product they would leave a tolerance. 3 blinds delivered, all were exact same size as my opening so I can't use them. Called customer service, they said there's nothing they can do for me. $100 wasted, never ordering from this website again.

Nice site. Easy to choose and pick. Easy to install and they look great. I love how they can be down but still show light.Our neighbor had them and we ordered after seeing hers. Cord was a little tricky but we got it.

Ordering and all was super simple, cheapest site on the internet, hands down. The only issue I've had, and ive ordered a few times is my vertical slats came 2 inches shorter than expected. On the website there a drop down that asks for exact length and Nowhere did i read where it says the slats are cut 2 inches short to account for the rail header. Maybe I missed it. BUT, I called and after some back and forth about how I measured with what seemed to me an accusatory tone, I was sent a whole new order at no charge. I only needed the slats sent 2 inches longer but was told that their policy is to redo and resend the whole order. Seems like a waste of shipping and materials to me when my current header and valence is perfect. No cost to me so I can't complain too much. Blinds.com if you're reading this review, why DON'T you just recut the slats only and send those instead of the whole order? Wouldn't you save yourself precious money in shipping, labor and materials?

Shade worked well not sure what else I need to say here, but the shade worked well, delivery was a bit long, but overall satisified. Thank you for great service.Delivery took longer than expected but it works well in the bedroom. The window could no hold faux blinds so the shade was a good alternative.

Blinds.com kept their promise and sent out another shade since we made a measuring mistake. However, the wrong color was sent. They confirmed that we had ordered a certain color and sent us the correct color and we didn't have to send back the two that were either wrong size or color. Customer service was great!

I ordered top down/bottom up blinds. They worked for a few months until the mechanism broke. The sent a replacement blind at no charge, but we had the same problem. I now have a blind that will not function. Clearly, there is a defect in the mechanism. Cheap product. When I asked to speak with a manager they told me they don't offer that option. There was no recourse. It was extremely frustrating and I will not be ordering from this company again.
