Live in the artic and order roman blinds for a rear door. Great material, nicely lined but the bottom rail and sewing is uneven. Looks horrible when raised.as one end is higher than the other. No contact info was provided to discuss the issue with.
Ordered exact dimensions blinds with the understanding that when they made the product they would leave a tolerance. 3 blinds delivered, all were exact same size as my opening so I can't use them. Called customer service, they said there's nothing they can do for me. $100 wasted, never ordering from this website again.

It was easy to select the options I wanted, and my woven wood shades arrived fairly quickly, with free shipping. Unfortunately, the color that arrived was darker than the sample, and it turns out I didn't like my choice of lift mechanism (continuous cord loop). Fortunately, there's the satisfaction guarantee! I priced out an alternative color with slightly different options, and calculated that I'd have to pay about $75 more to cover the difference. I called customer service, and the agent was very helpful. Unfortunately, the way they calculate the difference is based on the price of the products at the time of purchase, and it turns out the new shades I had chosen were *much* more expensive at that time. The difference was going to be $161, which was nearly the cost of buying the alternative blinds brand new at the current pricing (and it more than doubled my total cost). The new blinds arrived *very* quickly (less than a week), and they're... OK. The color is fine and matches the sample. The cordless lift is a bit awkward, though, and hard to get fully open. The "handle" for the lift is a full-width trim piece that's painted a glossy tan that's much lighter than the shade material and looks cheap. I would have preferred the small, clear "thumb grip" I saw in the videos demonstrating the cordless lift. In the end, I'm a bit unsatisfied, but I no longer qualify for a remake. (Ironically, if I *did* buy the new shade at the new discount price instead of doing it as a remake, I'd still have a remake available to me!) I'm bummed because I paid significantly more per sqft than I usually do for custom blinds & shades, and it's my least favorite window covering in the whole house. The rest of my experience was pretty good, though, and would have been great if I ended up liking my shade.
The customer service rep was very helpful and made my options clear. I wasn't totally happy with my options, but she was helpful nonetheless.

Still in process of installing. The instructions are not easy yo follow. It doesn't appear that the top down and raise from the bottom both have handles to use to keep the shade clean as I thought it was pictured that way on line.

Blinds are decent quality but no cords makes opening and closing blinds in a basement window, over 6 ft above the floor, more difficult. As this presents little to no "entanglement" risk it's annoying I can't order what I need. Also, low advertised prices increase significantly with a few inches wider measurement. It's not clear why that's the case and would be nice if that was explained. Feels like a bait and switch.

I had a problem with the brackets.
Wrong ones were shipped.
Customer service told me I had to order valances but they couldn't price them out. They had to wait for the manufacturer to get back to them. It was then I realized you ere a reseller and not the manufacturer.
Bad news.
I went back to look at my order and realized they shipped the wrong brackets, called CS again and sent pics and customer service rep had them resend the proper brackets.
It is hard for me to recommend a company that is a reseller unless the people I recommend to know how to navigate what exactly they need.

Scheduling measurements getting the blinds delivered and then scheduling installation took almost 2 months. They haven't been installed at this point but we are very satisfied with a previous order from several years ago.

Design consultant, Whitney Fenton, was very helpful over the phone, especially with color selection. She even sent me some high definition photos by email to help me make a color selection. The product selected was delivered timely and fulfilled my expectations. We easily installed the cellular shade ourselves.

Hardware selection inadequate for inside mounting option.
Shade mounting brackets should not be shipped installed on the shade header.
Simply include the shade mounting brackets in a bag with the other hardware items.
