Easy to pick your product and order. Hope it is as nice as it looks online and that we can handle the installation. It looks pretty simple and they seem to have easy to understand instructions. We are waiting for warmer weather to install our new solar blind. Looking forward to it!
I purchased one shade for a larger window where I could raise from the bottom, or lower from the top. I love it! Keeps my neighbors from prying into the room, while allowing light in from top. It's a very relaxing. Easy installation, smooth operation.
This website performs well, and the sales prices are great. The exterior shades keep the west side rooms much cooler. Easy to install for any DIYer.

But with the memorial discount it became affordable. It was easy to scroll through the options and choose the blinds that would work for me. I'm glad that we chose the header with the rounded corners, it gives the blinds a nice finished look

Had a problem with one of my blinds and they took care of it. Good job! One of the wands would not click into place. I asked for a simple repair option, but they sent a whole new blind. Well done!

Very straight-forward, guided customization and purchase process. However, the blinds were on back order for over a month with little communication. They look like good quality but I have not hung them yet. Worried about the motor/app/hub combination based on reviews of the associated app, which were "obscured" until the blinds were delivered. More information about the app in advance would have swayed me away from this brand.
Professional but not very sympathetic. Sounded like I was the hundredth unhappy customer of the day. Offered small reimbursement for the extended wait which barely covered temporary window coverings.

My first shade order was defective- it would never go up after I installed it. You replaced it, but this one is defective as well. It goes up only as I push it up and gather the folded shade and push it up a couple inches at a time! What is wrong with your products? I was considering using your company for other window treatments, but I will not now.

Website is a bit confusing. Customer reps nice however. Took forever to get the exact blinds I wanted. Still don't know as I haven't opened the boxes. Came in three different shipments/times.
Nicole was nice and patient but all of your blind models are not easily found on the website. Even with the sent samples, I was confused as to the specs of what I was purchasing.

No installation instructions. Poorly drilled holes for installation. Blown off by customer service rep. We had to go purchase different screws and hardware to hang after spending almost EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS. Will NEVER do business with BLINDS.COM again.

Waited about 2-1/2 weeks for my blind order to arrive, when I opened the box there was no mounting hardware ir valance mounts. I got ahold of blinds.com customer service to let them know my order arrived missing parts and I couldn't hang my blinds, and they told me I would have to wait 10~12 working days to receive my missing hardware?
As I mentioned above my blind order arrived with missing hardware, when I contacted the service department , I expected their response would have been, "I'm sorry for our mistake, we're overnighting the missing hardware to you. Instead they said your hardware will arrive in 10~12 business days?

We were able to get free samples multiple times until we finally decided what we wanted. We paid for the installation - a bargain - and we were glad to have the installer come and measure for accuracy. Installation was fast. Would recommend, absolutely.

Design consultant Grant was very helpful.
Grant was very helpful but there was a communication disconnect at the time if the initial order so they did not fit I called customer service, explained what had and a new order was promptly shipped. I was like wow, blind.com motto is true. Truly happy and still amazed. FYI, installation was so easy. Thanks

Customer service has been very nice and helpful with getting my order completed. I had two large windows with 3 pains of glass in each, and the blind valances needed to be next to each other, and I was told that returns would work on the blinds, but they were too thick and spaced the blinds too far apart. Had to order new valances which took longer than expected. Blinds are good quality, but not the greatest.
Had to order six new valances for two windows (6 pains of glass) and I received three of my valances and had to call back to get my other three delivered. Valances are made from cheap wood that is warped, without returns, the valance is definitely out of shape.

I placed an order based on my measurements. I paid $199 for the "professional" measurement and installation. After measurement by a "professional" (not) the cost of the blinds went up $140. The largest difference in measurement was 1/8". I have a feeling this pro measurement/installation package is really just a tactic to up the price by saying my measurements were off. I don't have the blinds yet so I can't speak to quality but I would strongly encourage people not to fall for the measurement-installation program. The guy who came to measure was rude and very inconsiderate. And, it is a 3rd party vendor so they have no ties to blinds.com - which, I learned, is owned by Home Depot.

Product is simple and neat, though ordering process a little complicated -- especially rescheduling process with Home Depot service provider. Sometimes Blinds.com require a call to move the process forward, which is not my favorite method.

They had the color of Levelor blinds that we needed to match our others. Offered multiple options when ordering the customized blinds. We were able to use the existing brackets from the previous blinds on window frames and it worked out great!
