Easy to pick your product and order. Hope it is as nice as it looks online and that we can handle the installation. It looks pretty simple and they seem to have easy to understand instructions. We are waiting for warmer weather to install our new solar blind. Looking forward to it!
I purchased one shade for a larger window where I could raise from the bottom, or lower from the top. I love it! Keeps my neighbors from prying into the room, while allowing light in from top. It's a very relaxing. Easy installation, smooth operation.
Easy to pick choices. Good website. Several years ago (9-10) we bought Bali privacy blinds for our bathroom through Blinds.com. Size and quality were great. Installation was very simple. Once again we have remodeled the same bathroom but changed from a wood tone to a light gray motif. I went back to my records of the first sale and basically duplicated it, changing only the color and upgrading to free lift stringless model. The results were perfect. Love the easy lifting. Thanks for another great experience.

Not to bad, brackets are terrible, wish the old box type with the piece thet goes on after the blind is slipped in. My opinion.

Size was perfect but the slats are no better than a $5 blind from Home Depot. The top slat was bent from the get go. Placement of the brackets over the swivel mechanism is way too tight when drilling into house walls. The screw heads interfere with the swivel mechanism unless the screws are WAY beck in the brackets. Instructions are poor at best.

I initially left a review citing poor quality of vertical fabric blinds. I contacted customer service after posting the review and found that I was at fault. It seems the blinds were see through because I did not add the pvc backing. Blinds.com is remaking my blinds with the pvc backing and I only had to pay for the pvc backing, shipping and taxes. I should have ordered a sample first.

The blinds were very easy to order online. I was surprised to see how thin, flimsy, and nearly see-thru the fabric blinds were. If I ever order again, I'll be sure to get a sample before spending all that money.

Everything up until I put the blind in the opening was as expected. The quality of the blind, color, parts and directions were all accounted for and what I thought would be there. The bottom frame fit perfectly as measured and the height was also right on, however, they tapered the bottom cut in leaving about 3/4" on both sides. This allows light in and looks less than ideal.

We ordered 3 custom fit blinds for our living room. The quality is akin to what you'd get at Home Depot (I belive blinds.com is a subsidiary of HD), but with the ability to customize your length and width, as well as how you open/close/lift your blinds. This was incredibly useful as we could customize which side (left or right) had the open/close apparatus, so we could make sure it was easy to open/close the shades based upon what furniture was in front of each window.
My husband installed all 3 blinds by himself (4x6 ft windows) and it only took about 45 minutes total.
I also sincerely appreciate that free samples from blinds.com are GENUINELY free, and arrived very quickly (I think 2 days). I'd highly recommend ordering samples if you're waffling between colors:)
If we need more shades in the future. I'll definitely be ordering from blinds.com again.

Website was a bit slow - and "matte aluminum" is not a color. Almost ordered 8 of the wrong blinds because of that. Those four options should be included with the colors without any type of separator.

Installing them one room at a time as I fix walls and repaint the inside of my house. Three of them installed easily. The one with no old window frame was tight and the corner holding wedge cracked out the slot on the frame. Not happy about that as I took every precaution for it to fit. It appeared to be oversized. Still have two more to install. Will contact customer service to see iff they will replace the frame.
