This is my second time ordering. I selected a different brand because their sample swatches were a great fit for the bedrooms. Very substantial fabric. These are blackout and they do a great job. Also, you did an amazing job with measurements.The fit is fantastic. There is very little gap at the edge of the window. Made by Hunter Douglas, "My Blinds" uses a button-operated retraction that helps the blind go up fast. ( It almost feels self-propelled.) My concern is the second shade I purchased does not retract with as much power. I have to help it to the top of the window. Should I be concerned? Can the tension in the string system be tightened? Thank you.
I purchased one shade for a larger window where I could raise from the bottom, or lower from the top. I love it! Keeps my neighbors from prying into the room, while allowing light in from top. It's a very relaxing. Easy installation, smooth operation.
I've purchased from Blinds.Com in the past. This is the fifth blind I've purchased from them. They have all fit perfectly. My sister has replaced her extremely old blind with one from Blinds.com. She's also a very happy customer.

The experience was good. However there are various options for the different brands of blinds and there should be a comparison chart to show what options are available either each brand to reduce the amount of searching through every brand to get exactly the options you are looking for.
The representative was responsive and helpful and prepared an estimate for the options I was interested in.

Easy to order. The blind came in in good condition and was easy to install even with my misunderstanding of the style of installation type. It was an easy adjustment and worked out well.

When the installation was done, the installer secretly discarded the light guard. A few days later, I discovered this and contacted Blinds.com to send new night guards. When the new night guards arrived, they didn't fit the window frame. I contacted Blinds.com again, and a protracted battle lasting months began. After countless phone calls and emails—it took 17 days for Blinds.com to respond, and I had to keep pushing for a reply. Customer service kept repeating the same phrase, like an AI. Finally, they refused a refund, claiming the products were based on measurements provided by Blinds.com, implying the initial measurements were incorrect.
The installer realized the products couldn't be installed properly but didn't inform me and secretly discarded the product, hoping I wouldn't notice. The replacement products still didn't fit, and Blinds.com, not wanting to issue a refund, blamed the vendor and took no responsibility, despite they are the one who provided the measurement service. Their attitude was evasive and negative. Before the purchase and installation, their service was excellent and proactive, but afterward, it was completely different. Once they've taken your money, you're no longer valuable to them. This experience reveals the company's poor service mindset and overall values.
Another issue was a control pole I ordered that wasn't shipped for several months. When I called, they finally told me it was out of stock and issued a refund. I wonder if I hadn't called, would they have just taken my money and ignored it?
Additionally, one of the installed blinds wasn't stable. The installer didn't use the middle bracket, so the blinds fell after a few weeks. This was confirmed by a second installer. Scheduling a fix took a long time too. Even though the warranty covers a whole year, each appointment took forever to schedule.
I don't know how much impact this review will have, but I personally will never purchase from Blinds.com again and won't recommend it to my friends.

Received with a broken bag of hardware. One of the screws was jammed into the blinds on the backside. It doesn't show on the inside, but is torn on the outside. I was told to take a picture, but since damage is on the outside I decided to keep them. Will order again and hopefully there won't be any damage again.

Measurement details were very helpful and my blinds were the correct size when I got them. I needed blinds to shade from the early morning sun and that is what I got. I am very satisfied with the product.

It was very difficult to find out how selecting one option is influencing the other and I had to do a lot of trial and error to see which material will work for my size, space and moterization constraints. For eg, I was trying to order Bali roller shades in size 94 3/4 X 70 and it was almost immosiple to know which all materials are available for this size and also with which options will moterization be possible. On top of this the customer service was unavailable due to hurricane and it was the last day of discount.

I like the blinds a lot, BUT...I ordered 13 of them and none of them were labeled, so I had to measure and remeasure to make sure I put them in the right windows. Why? I labeled them when I ordered them, so I thought when they arrived I could just take them to that room. What happened?
