This is my second time ordering. I selected a different brand because their sample swatches were a great fit for the bedrooms. Very substantial fabric. These are blackout and they do a great job. Also, you did an amazing job with measurements.The fit is fantastic. There is very little gap at the edge of the window. Made by Hunter Douglas, "My Blinds" uses a button-operated retraction that helps the blind go up fast. ( It almost feels self-propelled.) My concern is the second shade I purchased does not retract with as much power. I have to help it to the top of the window. Should I be concerned? Can the tension in the string system be tightened? Thank you.
I purchased one shade for a larger window where I could raise from the bottom, or lower from the top. I love it! Keeps my neighbors from prying into the room, while allowing light in from top. It's a very relaxing. Easy installation, smooth operation.
The blinds are very attractive. They were affordable compared to other sites I searched and were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Super easy to install as well.

I'm very satisfied. The blinds arrived on time and fit perfectly and the price was very reasonable. Initially I was concerned the blinds might not fit but upon receiving and installing them, it was a perfect fit. They are well built too!

The process was great. The directions for measuring and ordering were clear. I was underwhelmed by the fabric and pattern selection for the blinds. Even though the type I needed was blackout, I was hoping for more custom selection of something. Additionally, it arrived with zero instructions for installation. Well, at least I got a hefty discount for having to "settle".

The filtering is not great, I was looking to order a similar blind to one I had before and it took me an hour just to find it. Too many blind.com options and you cannot tell the difference between them. I searched by the color name as well as the SKU and I randomly found it by accident

It was easy to select the options I wanted, and my woven wood shades arrived fairly quickly, with free shipping. Unfortunately, the color that arrived was darker than the sample, and it turns out I didn't like my choice of lift mechanism (continuous cord loop). Fortunately, there's the satisfaction guarantee! I priced out an alternative color with slightly different options, and calculated that I'd have to pay about $75 more to cover the difference. I called customer service, and the agent was very helpful. Unfortunately, the way they calculate the difference is based on the price of the products at the time of purchase, and it turns out the new shades I had chosen were *much* more expensive at that time. The difference was going to be $161, which was nearly the cost of buying the alternative blinds brand new at the current pricing (and it more than doubled my total cost). The new blinds arrived *very* quickly (less than a week), and they're... OK. The color is fine and matches the sample. The cordless lift is a bit awkward, though, and hard to get fully open. The "handle" for the lift is a full-width trim piece that's painted a glossy tan that's much lighter than the shade material and looks cheap. I would have preferred the small, clear "thumb grip" I saw in the videos demonstrating the cordless lift. In the end, I'm a bit unsatisfied, but I no longer qualify for a remake. (Ironically, if I *did* buy the new shade at the new discount price instead of doing it as a remake, I'd still have a remake available to me!) I'm bummed because I paid significantly more per sqft than I usually do for custom blinds & shades, and it's my least favorite window covering in the whole house. The rest of my experience was pretty good, though, and would have been great if I ended up liking my shade.
The customer service rep was very helpful and made my options clear. I wasn't totally happy with my options, but she was helpful nonetheless.
