Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
I won't use them again, they never stayed in the timeframe they advertised. We were missing blinds and parts to the blinds. From start to finish it took 3 months to get all our blinds and installed. The Installation timeframe was the worst. They lost any future business with my family.

The Design Consutant on the phone was outstanding. Your website is easy to use, and I LIKE your Sure-fit and 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. The measurement and installation instructions on the website, are clear. The Levalor privacy blinds are perfect. They are 99% like having room darkening shades, but better because I can open then during the day and still have some privacy.

I was disappointed in the quality. They were a very light weight and seemed cheap. Also I thought they were going to be vinyl but they were a light metal. On the other hand, they do the job well and keep out light when closed. The price was good too but I had to pay a handyman $60 to install them and he messed up the drilling holes. I will buy from Blinds again though.

The blinds are very nice. However, the left wand or stick for opening and closing the blinds is too short My husband has to use the old blinds' stick which is longer and easier to reach because the blinds is located behind the kitchen sink. Overall, the quality is good. Thank you!

I love the new blinds in my new windows. I hadn't really realized how bad the 33+ yo old blinds were. These move "smooth as silk".

Ordered shades ahead of time after buying a new home so they'd be ready when it was time to move. After installing, I realized I accidentally ordered one shade as light filtering instead of blocking. Tried to have it remade as advertised but because it's slightly past the 30 days Blinds.com won't remake it. Disappointing after spending thousands on shades.
Service representative was friendly, but company does not allow for any flexibility regarding the 30 day time limit for remakes. Very frustrating as a returning customer who has spent thousands of dollars on shades.

Previously, I ordered two very large inside the frame blinds (measured correctly!) for my house and they were fine. I recently ordered a blind to go in my RV that had to be a specific width. I filled out all of the pertinent ordering information on the website but they made the blind too short. And unbeknownst to me their sure fit guarantee is only applicable for 30 days. So I went through their warranty blah, blah, blah, sent photos, etc. And of course, they refused to honor the warranty. They told me what they sent me was what I'd ordered and I needed to review their measurements instructions So no honoring the warranty whatsoever. Needless to say I'll be ordering from another company moving forward.
