Satisfied repeat customer. Ordered several shutters over a year ago. Everything works great. This order, I misplaced the hole plugs and could no longer find it. Can I order 10 pieces of plugs. Thanks.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
I can not rate the blinds themselves because like so many others I have yet to get my blinds. I called today to check my order and entered my order number as advised. The estimated ship date was dead air, no date given. I called twice with the same result. When I called for customer service I got a message that they were sorry but they were too busy to take calls today. Call back tomorrow morning please.
Supposedly it will take a month to cut their house brand to fit my window. That is ridiculous! In addition, despite the fact that Blinds.com has no intention to make my blinds anytime soon, they charged my credit card immediately. Not a hold or approval, but billed. I will pay for my blinds before they are ever made. Typically it has been my experience that my card has a hold placed for a purchase, but actual billing does not occur until shipping.
In short, no matter how much I like the blinds, if they ever arrive, I will never buy from Blinds.com again.

On my most recent experience with Blinds.com, I had made an error about a shade being an inside mount versus an outside mount. Called them right away; they reordered the shade at no cost to me as they guarantee the blinds, etc. will fit. A company that makes good even when I make a mistake is a keeper. Highly recommend them.

We are almost to retirement age, and work most weekends on the fixer-upper we bought a number of years ago. I have purchased blinds twice from Blinds.com, (order numbers: ******* and *******) and overall have been pleased. The large blind in our living room has a tension rope on the far end, and regardless of the number of pictures, videos, emails, and phone calls, we were never able to adequately secure it to our living room wall. When the grandkids are here, we simply put the long end over the top so it's never been a choking hazard. This morning, when I opened the blinds, the tensioner rope came completely out of the mechanism housing. Our front window blind is raised about 9" up from the bottom, and I guess will stay that way until we figure out what to do next. I immediately called the *******905 customer service number. I was then informed that because the blinds were "out of warranty" could they connect me to have me order a new blind? Because the blind is 10' wide, I'd like to repair it without taking it down. Blinds.com customer service then sent me to someone wanting to take my new order. Sure, because that will be inexpensive? We have a number of windows upstairs in the bedrooms and office with their cellular and light-blocking shades. I have 9 more windows on the 1st floor, and 2 more upstairs to order blinds for, and as we're tackling each room individually, it's sort of a slow process. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, OK, but what about long term? Will never, ever order blinds from here or Home Depot, since HD owns blinds.com now. The blinds only move with the tensioner rope, so not even sure what to do next.
Tip for consumers:
The first time I used blinds.com it was an independent company somewhere in Texas. It was purchased by Home Depot a number of years ago, and customer service has gone off a cliff. Their shipping time always depends on whether or not they have any of the particular blind you are looking for in current stock, under 10 days. If they have to customer make it, as our 10' living room required, it can take a number of weeks.

I made the mistake I never thought I would, and ordered my blinds just a tad too large to fit into an interior cutaway window. Replacement was sent expeditiously, and it of course fit like a charm. They have me as a customer for life!

Spoke to Tim Jones, Customer Service Specialist, who immediately found the blind I had ordered back in 2017 which now had a broken cord.
In just a few minutes, he had a new blind ordered free of charge, and to be shipped from the factory in about 3-weeks.
Blinds.com has always had exceptional service, and that is why we have ordered over 50 blinds for our two homes.

Pretty easy to navigate the website. The digital preview of the window was a huge help. Also, 50% off in the cart doesn't hurt. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. When I called to ask about returns and replacement, the kind lady told me to donate the blinds to a Humane Society nearby. They sent free replacements. They fit like and glove and look fantastic. I have more windows to cover and will use Blinds.com again.

So many options but yet not enough in the configurations and lifts. More then enough colors. Wish the motor was a little faster and adjustable since I over measured the length by an inch just in case and when fully down hits the lip and let's some light in. I'll also note I measured the exact width and seems I should have over measured about 1/8" so while others don't notice. It bugs me as I installed it and notice. Overall very happy with it

Pre- purchase: Customer service for the buying experience was been wonderful, I received a lot of help over the phone and I felt that if I was unsatisfied for any reason I would be helped. Post purchase: The quality is really nice, I love how they look and feel and I felt like the pictures don't really do them justice. Installation was easy-ish but the instructions were clear and helpful when we got a little confused. I will be buying more of this style for the other windows in my house.

The installer messed up our order so it was delayed; they refused to schedule until the delayed order arrived, and then they couldn't install for *over a month* - an additional delay all based on their mistake. I reached out to my service rep and got zero responses. The installation rep was rude which was surprising given they had messed up. It's been a troublesome process. I have no idea if the products are good because they can't be installed for *over a month*

I haven't opened the package yet- been busy road-tripping. I've purchased through blinds.com before and customer service is one of the best in the industry! I had some difficulty setting one shade (out of four) in its bracket and the customer service rep stayed on the phone w/me, in essence, holding my hand and I was able to accomplish my task. The videos for measuring and installation are very helpful. I like the quality of the cellular shades I purchased 5 years ago, and they function well, that is why I am a returning customer... a big plus, the website is very clear and easy to navigate...

Just had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered blinds that are poor quality and dont deliver the results claimed. After the blinds repeatedly fell I called for replacements and was sent the same brackets. I tried to return them since they are not what they claim to be or do and was told I had passed the 30 return limit. I am now left with a poor quality product and will never order from this site again. The cheap brackets sit 2 inches away from the door. This creates no privacy or room darkening effect. Also the way its designed the blinds fall out of brackets and then get damaged by the fall.

We sent for samples first, really helped! Very satisfied with the 3 shades we got for our kitchen windows. Shortly after hanging had to take down to paint. Customer service was extremely helpful in directing us the best way to proceed!

I purchased an automatic blind, installed, after 1 year plus the motor stopped working, started dialog with CS, they requested photo confirmation to confirm motor was the same. I removed the motor to photograph, as instructed. Response was denial based on the image, stating that it appeared that the motor had been tampered with. That motor had not been touched until they requested that I do so. I asked CS to escalate case and was ghosted. Don't spend money with blinds.com

After the installation, I went to use the Roman shade and I thought I was insane. The pull cord was actually on the outside of the shade, making it extremely inconvenient to access (the shade has horizontal metal rods inside). After asking customer service about it, they made me sent pictures three separate times to the "Asian" manufacturer, who then replied that it is made that way to hide the cord. This is the most RIDICULOUS design I could ever imagine, and I caution you to think twice about using this company. They outsource everything to Asia just to save money and we get inferior products. Btw, Home Depot owns Blinds.com. Time to shop at Lowe's.

Believe it or not, design consultant, Theresa Jordan, at Blinds.com was able to find my 5 year old order for top/down bottom/up cellular shades and order a replacement for one that had broken. This was critical to me as the shade was one of 4 in a kitchen bay window in a house that will soon be on the market! What is even more amazing is the first consultant I spoke to said the shades I had purchases were no longer available and sent some samples of my replacement options. When I called back and got Theresa, I explained how important it was to match the existing shades and how the samples fell so short of that, her response was, let me get back to you on that, I may be able to get that shade for you. She called back a few days later and Voila! My original order will be duplicated! What a great design consultant Theresa Jordan is! Thank you Theresa!
