I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
I love the ease of using your site. I also love that they keep my previous orders (even years ago) so that I can match the color that I ordered the first time. Thank you. If you know how to use a tape measure, you can get your blind measurements right and get professionally made blinds at a fraction of the cost.

I ordered 4 blinds and after several months, 2 of them stopped retracting. I contacted blinds.com and they had me trouble shoot them. It worked for one and not the other. They are replacing the one that it didn't work for. This replacement is at no cost to me. This is great! I will order from them again.

Ordered the woodlore solid composite shutters. They came very well packed and they are very sturdy. Very easy to put up as long as you take your time with them. I was very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anybody. There website is very easy to follow. The shipment did take awhile to get (about 40 days), but in my opinion it was worth the wait. Got them on sale at a very reasonable price.

Confusing with options for size and types of blinds available for purchase. They need to better organize by type, model and light blocking. I had to call customer service to confirm my order that was incorrect. Customer Service experience was excellent!

Fast and easy.
Too much choice makes selection tricky. I ended up going for the whitest and I regret it a bit. Also I have other stores at my house from a different company, I like the material of my old stores better. May be there was a similar option but I couldn't tell… I should have asked for help. Overall the stores are great, easy to install and good quality. They also arrived very fast.

I have 3 blinds from "blinds.com". One is fine and we were pleased with it. One is a vertical blind to cover a sliding glass door. It warps in the sunshine and the slats do no hang straight. I previously had a cheap Walmart blind at the door; it did not warp and always looked nice. Unfortunately, it was the wrong color. My third "blinds.com" blind is a horizontal blind with a wand that opens the slats instead of cords. The wand is hard to twist and it requires 2 hands and 12 twists to open or close the blind slats. I have to make sure my hands are clean, dry, and with no lotion recently applied in order to get a good enough grip to twist the wand. I am very disappointed.

I have ordered from this company in the past and have experienced a much longer wait time than orther companies on the web. I ordered two small 1/2 " slat mini blinds over the Memorial Day weekend. Still have not received them. Contacted the company and they said that they experienced some delays. No communication what so ever for months. Will not buy from this company again.

All went well. I had two issues: I am just confused with the headrail I am choosing says no lift cord yet the summary says lift corded? Plus, more importantly, I need two hands to use the wand. It is too hard to turn. I wrote an email to the company and no one has gotten back to me.

I am excited to receive the blinds I ordered, and was really pleased with the variety of types of blinds, but also the ability to customize within any certain selection. If the blinds I ordered work out, I plan on getting more for other rooms in the house.

The displayed price when I added to my cart included a 40% discount, which disappeared once it hit my cart. Additionally, it asked me to enter my email for another $20 discount, which I did with two different emails and waiting half an hour, but I never received the additional discount code advertised.

I ordered blinds on 3/16 for my son's new first floor condo with large floor to ceiling blinds. They were supposed to ship in 10 days. On 3/29 I got an email that they had shipped and a tracking number! When I log on to my blinds.com account, however, it says they are still being made. When I search the tracking number with the shipper the number isn't found. When I call and leave my number for a call back, I never get a call back. Right now I've been listening to very bad music on hold for a very long time. Mean while, the neighbors are seeing my son's naked butt.

Very easy to select the right blind. Great selection. Blinds came much sooner than anticipated.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the mounting template that came with the installation instructions wasn't the correct one for the blinds. I had to make a new template. That wasn't a probllem for me but it could have been an issue for someone who wasn't much of a DIYer.

My experience is still ongoing. I placed an order on May 26 2020 and was to ship June 15. Today is July 9 2020 and still no blinds and can not get an answer from anyone when they will ship. The first issue is you must leave your number and they call you back. When they call you back they tell you they need to transfer you to that dept. Then you sit for 10,15, and 20 min with no one picking up. I do not have a clue about their product but i can tell you their service is awful

Ordering was very easy. Customer service is great. I ordered 3 roller shades for a bay window. One of the roller shades was missing the end piece that attaches into the bracket. Customer service was great. They sent me the replacement end right away, but it doesn't fit. The overall quality of the shades are okay. I thought they would be a little nicer looking.

Ordered vertical blinds for the front (very large) living room window and patio vertical blinds for the family room. So many wonderful choices to pick from. Received them quickly (within the week I ordered them). The living room window track was bent. Looks like damage caused by shipping company. Called Blinds.com. Received excellent customer service. New track being sent. Patio vertical is great. Will definitely purchase from Blinds.com again. Great product, excellent company. The blinds are beautiful.

It was entirely my fault that I got the wrong size blind. I inverted length and width (yes, I have an MA). Customer service told me it happens all the time, arranged to make the correct size for only $22 AND suggested that we donate the incorrect one to a charity such as Habitat for Humanity. They made sure I got what I wanted for a reasonable price, made me feel less like a moron, and supported my local community all at once.

I was replacing a wood mini blind on a full length door. I needed 1" slats to match another blind in the room and found them very difficult to fine in anything but flimsy aluminum. Blinds.com had them and the quality was very good, for a reasonable price. It took a couple of weeks to receive them, but overall the experience was very satisfactory.
