I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Great experience, very easy to order! I needed odd width blinds and getting blinds with the exact width and length necessary was great. All you have to do is pick the blind you want and put in length and width and that's what you get.

The whole concept of the blinds were nice. The quality of the product not so. One set that went in my daughter bathroom the blinds had cracked were they didn't pre drill any hole causing tension cracks, any other time I would care but we paid alot of money for these, they should be almost flawless.

I ordered 6 sets of blinds with our first shipment and one of the blinds ended up coming almost a foot short which I wasn't even sure how it happened. Worst of all the windows were almost all exactly the same length. I called customer service and they gave me instructions to take a picture with a tape measure next to the blinds to show the error and they sent a new blind and told me I could keep the old one so I didn't have to worry about shipping. I do believe I received the replacement pretty quickly. When I installed others, it looked like one was slanted and they walked me through the troubleshooting of this problem over the phone and if I wasn't satisfied, I could get a new one. I ended up keeping it because the adjustments did help. The products may have some of the 'you get what you pay for' issues, but I think overall they do a good job of keeping you happy with your purchase

It took over a month to schedule a measuring over a month to receive our blinds and then a month for them to come install the blinds. Two of the blinds didn't fit properly and a month after they were supposed to fix it I cut and installed them myself. This service sucks.

The website was cluttered and disorganized, and it had no photos depicting what the fabric-covered valances (to my roller blinds) actually would look like. It also had no photos showing what the roller cassette would look like. The fabric of the blinds is lovely, but I had to make my own valances to cover the ugly roller cassette.

The total on my order page was not the same as on the total on the check out page. The website had me thinking my blind was $286 then at check out it was $359... the next day they had it resolved and issued me a credit. Very good business! Thank you

Blinds.com cancelled order after waiting 60 days. They messed up the order and then cancelled it and never notified me. I had to email several CS agents and call in and at the end they were unwilling to fulfill the order. This is probably the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Their manufacturer needed clarification on a measurement. I responded within 1 hour, but the agent never told the plant and the plant cancelled the order. I then emailed the agent several time after that asking for an update and I was told everything was fine. After 60 days they now just cancelled the order.
I then asked the agent who cancelled the order to place the order again and honor the same pricing as the original order and the agent never even responded.

The blinds were fairly easy to install, only issue was something in my own wall. I was able to do it MOSTLY with just one person, but did need a little help to slide the blinds into the braces on the wall (I believe they were 96" long). My only downside, is that you can see the braces (sorry, not sure of the correct terminology, but I'm referring to one of the pieces that holds the blinds up in the center of the blinds) from the outside looking in the window. But, it's far from a dealbreaker, and still stand by my five-star review. Will definitely order from blinds.com if I need more blinds for my house.

Employee got mad because I called the installer incompetent … if you make a Mistake that's your fault but you will not talk to me like trash because you will get cussed out period … you want good reviews then do a better job and watch your tone when you talk to me

I ordered cordless, wandless blinds two years ago. I could not find them on the website anymore. I ordered something else. Then I found my old order. I was able to call in, cancel my order, and place a new order for the old product. It was all pretty smooth. As long as the blinds arrive as ordered, I'll be a happy camper.

The support staff was very nice, however the Levolor cellular shades I purchased 2-5-2022 came on sale 3-5-2022 for $391.15 less when comparing the shopping cart printouts from both dates. I requested a reimbursement from Blinds.com but was able to receive only $269.40 credit. That is a $121.75 difference. One shade 91" wide arrived damaged, however the support staff reordered a replacement and is working on sending it out. One shade was made incorrectly as it was room filtering and not room darkening as described on the order. The support staff reordered a replacement for this one also and is working on sending this out.
The website is setup nicely and is easy to use, prompting for a choice for every option. One thing that would make this 5 stars and be real nice is a sample book that can be checked out for $100 and then refunded when a purchase is made over a certain dollar amount otherwise $90 is refunded when the book is returned... that would be really awesome.

Had trouble entering the state. The error message said it was not entered when it was. I had to put in a different state to get the error message off. Then I was able to enter the correct state to proceed with the credit card information and finalize the sale.

I was sucked in by the great reviews. BIG MISTAKE Now I know, stick with the blinds from Home Depot store brand; they were better quality, great price, easy to install and look great. Blinds.com blinds were poor quality, the directions didn't make sense and the valance does not fit on an inside mount, even though they charge you extra for the valance which OBTW comes for free with Home depot. We spent hours literally trying to hand these blinds with this wonky valance mechanism that does not work on an inside mount. Wish I could give more stars, but they don't deserve it.

Recently I purchased about 7k in drapes and blinds. The drapes on both orders are either short of hardware, or no hardware at all. Now, the rods for my drapes 94" & 125" were SUPER EXPENSIVE. Who wants to bet me their hardware provider will screw this up in fulfillment? I've got $50 on they will fall short on my original order specs….

Frustrating to have to wait for over a month to receive the blinds. I was always having to email to see what was going on and why I did not have my blinds.
