I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
I measured exactly according to the website, but when the blinds are closed, the bottom doesn't rest flat. Add an inch if you want it to sit flat when it's all the way down.

This is a class act company. I had a problem with one of my shades and the company resolved this issue in very short order. I am so pleased with the efficient way that my issue was handled, and that they make a possiblly unpleasant issue become a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be buying more blinds from Blinds.com!

Blinds were missing the pieces that lock the blinds in place (they're a semi-circle blind so it always stays in the same position). The window is 12 ft off the floor so my husband installed and figured out a way to mount so it doesn't move but it wasn't easy.

I ordered a sun shade roll up blind as a window in my garage was letting in a lot of ultra violet light. Ordered it in off white so the garage would still be light. The shade was slower in coming than I thought it would be, but with our endless winter this year it wasn't a problem. Got the shade installed and it is working out well.

Ordered back in beginning of November 2 blinds form them. States on their site NOV 17 I should receive them it is now (tomorrow Dec1). Called today and still nothing has shipped at all. STAY AWAY. I am gutting a house and need new blinds throughout glad i found out they are NOT reliable at all so i will go elsewhere by the end of day today when i cancel my order with them.

Original order received with no hanging brackets or screws along with directions to install with a different type of blind. Customer service contacted to obtain missing items. Next shipment arrived with wands to adjust blinds that we did not need and no brackets or screws. Called customer service again and had to wait for a 3rd shipment to obtain brackets to install.
While it took 2 calls to customer service to get the correct shipment of items we ordered it did get done. A bit frustrating and I am not sure I would recommend blinds.com or use to order in the future.

I just finished having all my window treatments installed from blinds.com, and I couldn't be happier. I have composite shutters for every window and vertical blinds for my sliding patio door. Blinds.com staff were very helpful during the measuring and ordering process.

I was promised by your representative that there would be no cords showing when I lower the cellular shades from the top. This is not the case. There are 3 cords showing and I specifically asked for shades that had no cords. I'm very disappointed that you weren't honest with me.

Blinds are total junk when you buy the type that have a wand to open and close. They are SOOO hard to turn it's a joke. When I called to let them know they could care less and would not let me exchange them. The young man I talked to was very rude and could care less. Never again!

It was good but I don't want pin holes in the blinds please. I had to order another set for the basement windows and this time they came in correct and I called Blinds customer service and they refunded my money for the incorrect blinds and the new blinds look great couldn't be happier. I've tried a handful of different companies for my 1inch mini blinds, and most of them were poor quality and difficult to install. Noisy, flimsy, weak aluminum that easily bent out of shape, and brackets that were more difficult than need to be for 1inch mini blinds. Finally I've found a quality product with Blinds.com. Sturdy and quiet aluminum slats with easy installation brackets.

Ordering and installing blinds has taken over 3 months and still not done.
The blinds are fine and look good but
HD and blinds.com use sub-contractor to install. You must call when blinds arrive to schedule install. And then that takes at least month.
One did not fit and it has taken another month and still not installed yet. Need to call AGAIN when repl arrives to install and then wait for subcontractor.

The blinds are great I recieved the 1 inch wood blinds however the shipping speed is extremely slow. They had to update my shipping time twice and it took forever just to get the first shipping time, now since they couldn't meet that deadline I'm still waiting. See if Amazon is shipping anything sooner.

Also, the fact you have installed new windows, it ask the questions if the sizes have changed thus creating the sizing issue encountered.
That is your response? You do not know anything about windows or blinds do you? New windows come out and go back in from the outside. The frame that the blinds mount to are wood and drywall and those dimensions do not change when you put in new windows. Are you that ignorant or do you just think I am?

I am beyond upset with this company also. We have ordered before from blinds.com and haven't had a problem with the blinds for the kitchen and bedroom. When I ordered the large one for the living room and it came to the house it was to wide. I called customer service and they shipped a new one and then the third one and then a fourth. How many times does it take I asked to get the correct size? I called to order the one for the dinning room and when it showed up it was to wide also, here we go again. I called customer service and # two and # three are to wide. We just had the new window put in and its time to put up the blind in the dinning room. I had forgot that it was too wide so I called customer service 2 times and got the run around so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I told him what happened on a Thursday and he said he would call me back on Monday. I didn't get a call back and neither did my wife. I spoke to another supervisor today (Wednesday) and explained what happened and he said it has been to long since I got the wrong size on the 3rd one. So now I have 6 blinds in the spare bedroom I can't use and still have a window with no blind on it and am out $400.00. This crap is made in China and they don't use a tape measure and have NO QUALITY CONTROL. If I had any hair on my head I would be pulling it out. Right now! My advice would be to stay FAR, FAR away from blinds.com.
