I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
I order from blinds.com for all of my employers rental properties and my own rentals and have never had any problems. Well made blinds and easy to navigate my order on their website.

I have just ordered 10 blinds and it took me about 10 minutes! The promo code discounted my order by $350.40. What a deal and I will no longer order from my previous website.

10/2 update, still no response from vendor. Do not order anything from this fraud company. They do not honor their warranty at all. I'm out over $900 for 17 blinds. I have been trying to get this company to replace them for over 2 months. They (sizes) are all wrong. Tilts are too high on all 17 as proven with the videos I sent in. Four of the blinds have lift strings that are way too long... 196" / 14' which is a major hazard around small children. I have sent them several (4) videos showing the issues and now crickets. Website says "Sure Fit Guaranteed" a complete lie. I'm now going to issue a chargeback. Then I will file complaints with every Federal and State consumer agency I can find. Terrible customer service.
All 17 blinds have tilts and (14) lift way too high to use without a ladder. Except the four 14' as stated above. What kind of idiots do they have working for them?
Some blinds didn't even have strings... Absolutely unreal and the fact that they won't replace them or honor their own warranty for is 100% fraud.
Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else where the company honors what it says.
Products used:
None of the products are usable. If I fall off the ladder that I have to use to open these $#*! blinds, a lawsuit will follow.

Directions for measuring were specific and easy to complete. Choice of colors were varied and it was nice to get samples before choosing type and color of shutters.

I ordered samples, which came quickly--I'm so glad I did because we previously picked a fabric for our roller shades that I wasn't originally intending to buy; actually seeing the fabric made all the difference, and I know we will be satisfied with our selection. The website is easy to use, and I'm so excited for our roller shades! UPDATE: We received our roller shades, and they are all installed. Installation was a piece of cake, and I love seeing our completed windows in our house every day.

I had noticed that when I added items to the cart the prices had changed, I did order anyway because I needed the blinds for a home project. After the sale I was happily contacted byt customer service and refunded a portion of the total for my order to account for the original price change.
I'm very stisfied with the outcome and even more with the level of "after sale" customer service.
I will buy again.

Hi James, the option to select a room name is simply for your convenience, so that if you order multiple blinds, the label will show which room they belong in. If you do not wish to select a room name, there is an "other" option. I am sorry for any confusion we may have caused! - Austin L
