I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Best retailer for pricing and sizes in the options I was looking for. Accurate customization, fast delivery. Will use this company for future blind purchases.

In July of 2021 I ordered over $4700 of solar shades. Within days the sides of the valances started to delaminate. Part of the reason is that the folks that I paid $50 to come out and measure did not measure how deep the windows were and they had to end up cutting plastic sides to make them fit in the window. They should have been measured so they were manufactured correctly. I contacted customer service and they sent out 3 inspectors to see what was happening. All of them had different excuses and nothing came of these visits. I then sent more pictures and here it is Jan. 2022 and just got off phone with customer service and they replacement for the sides of the solar shades are on hold. I have talked to no less than 7 people and nothing ever happens. They say they give you 100% satisfaction, but I have %100 percent disappointment. Do not use these folks unless you want to have your order drag on and wait on the phone to speak to someone. Pay the extra money and find a reliable company. Very sad. I never usually write bad reviews but I have had it with these folks.

Almost two years ago to the day, we moved into our newly built home. We had ZERO window coverings and needed to move fast since we didn't want to do the sheets in the window thing. A couple of months before we closed, I had already started doing my research on the various window covering companies. Blinds.com won me over because for only $199 total, they would install all the window coverings in our home. We opted for roller shades and I measured all of our windows according to their instructions and ordered everything. Within a week after moving in, all the blinds arrived and within a few days later, our installers came. They installed everything perfectly. Fast forward to two weeks ago. One of our motorized automatic shades stopped working and charging. We didn't know what to do and thought we were going to have to pay for a replacement. We reached out to Blinds.com. They sent us an address to return the old motor to and within two days, they sent us the new replacement motor. Our automatic shade is now working as originally intended with no money out of pocket. Now that is customer service! After two years, no questions asked, they fixed our problem. I have no complaints!

You should go elsewhere if you want a good-quality shade. I regret doing business with blinds.com. The Signature shades are shoddy construction. Worse yet were the roller shades I bought for four windows, which use the old-fashioned spring-inside-the-roller design. The clips you hang them from have an improperly-designed slot which allows the shade tip to disengage when opening the shade, which makes a loud "sproing" noise and then the shade has no spring action... it just hangs there. It's virtually impossible to manually rewind the spring. Also, these "custom" shades were stapled to the wooden roller on a slight angle, so as they roll up, they move to the right and get shredded against the metal clip. The Customer "Service" rep basically told me I was incorrect in reporting both of these problems, and it must be "user error". The only user error I made was getting sucked in to their low prices. They sell crappy Chinese shades and don't stand behind their product. Try Smith and Noble, Lowe's, Home Depot, or a shade pro in your area and deal with someone reputable.

We have been ordering the light filtering sheer radiance blinds one room at a time for our new home. EVERY order has come missing installation hardware. I even placed the most recent order on the phone with a very nice person and specifically confirmed the spacer blocks needed to be included. It is even notated on the order confirmation. Blinds come, NO spacer blocks. The "customer service" guy I just spoke with doesn't care, just says he sent me an e-mail that they will be sent to me. Doesn't know when I'll get them and there is no one that I can speak to in order to expedite shipment. I looked at the e-mail and he didn't even request the right amount. We have guests coming next week and I'm sure we won't receive the parts in time. I think we will move on to another company. I'd rather pay more than deal with this. Ps I never write reviews because I don't like the negativity, but just couldn't help myself.
Today, 8-21-17, I was personally called by a representative about the missing parts and told that they were being two day express shipped to me so I can install them prior to my guests arriving.If this in fact does happen I will continue to use the company because the blinds are very nice.

Ordered from blinds.com after my friend went with them and had a good experience. My experience has been a bit different. The salesman was great and nice like always to get the sale. During the measurement process i decided to go with adding a blind to another window so i had a balance. Blinds.com emails me and lets me know a balance is due. A few hours later i get an email that says "you are all set". Getting that second email i think that ok they made the payment with the credit card i used the first time so no balance is now due. It had been 11 days with no movement on the order so i call in. Find out the balance was still due. Why didn't blinds.com reach out to me by phone to try and collect payment? This slowed the order down by weeks. Next, blinds.com supposedly has a price match guarantee. I see on the website that they are running a 5% better price than what i paid. This is maybe 21 days after the order had been placed. One would think the price match would start after installation date. But nope it's 14 days after the order has been placed. I called and they refused the 5% and wouldn't allow me to cancel either since the blinds were already being made. This company does not care at all about the customers after the sale. After all this i take delivery of the blinds and call to schedule the set up. I have 7 or 8 big boxes just sitting in my living room for 2 weeks waiting for set up. They come today to install the blinds. Installed all but one. The last blinds header on my blind was bent and ruined on delivery. I called while the installer was there and was told i could get between 5-10% back for the inconvenience by the customer service rep. I was happy with that so i hung up and then called back once the installer sent the problems with the order back to blinds.com. This time when i called back after the installer left they refused my refund on the blind that was ruined on delivery. Now i have to go through waiting another month and take another day off work to be home for another install. Also they DO NOT dispose of the card board boxes the blinds come in so get ready to have a place to dump those. It's the year 2024 how does this company not haul off the boxes your product is shipped in? April 3rd is the expected shipping date then probably another 2 weeks before install. In a few weeks i will be calling customer service to remind the delivery drivers to be very careful as to not damage the header. If you do order expect a long process and hopefully you have a spot for the blinds to sit for a few weeks til they can set everything up if you do get their professional installation. I will not recommend blinds.com to anyone.

They sent us the blinds with the rails cut incorrectly. Took us weeks and numerous calls to get replacements for plastic parts that probably cost 50 cents to make.
