I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
It took 3 months to make blinds... then they made them wrong size. When I called costumer service got a recording they were closed due to staff shortage.

Wish I could give them zero stars! I have 2 six year old cellular shades on my French doors that have never worked correctly and have been getting worse. Called, online chatted and emailed customer service and they basically state that shades are not expected to last longer than 3 year warranty. Whaaaaaaat!?!? I paid almost double for the top down bottom up cordless option and the mechanism has never worked correctly in one and is malfunctioning in the other shade. So contacted them hoping to get parts to fix and they said we can send them in (very expensive) to be repaired or contact third party for parts. Yes, we waited too long to bring up the issue, but in fairness, life happened and it was too minor to address at the time. We still think. Company should stand behind their product when it fails. We fully expected to pay for parts as it is clearly past the 3 years however, they should make a product that and stand behind that product longer than 3 years. Who spends that kind of money on window treatments thinking they will have to do it again in 3 years?

Tried to order shutters for a month, sent numerous emails with measurements, left voicemails with salesman asking if they received my pics and lnfo and I would like to order, never would return calls or emails so I went with a local company. If their customer service is this bad with prospective buyers I can only imagine how bad it would be AFTER they get your money!

I placed an order of shades for our sunroom which arrived promptly and in good condition. However, I didn't like the blackouts (my fault for ordering those instead of solar). The cordless system didn't work as I expected so we were not happy overall. So I decided to call them with little hope that I was going to get our problem resolved. I must say I was extremely surprised by the level of customer service I received. They were amazing! The lady I spoke with kept reminding me about the 30 day satisfaction guarantee every time I shared my disappointment regardless if it was my error or the cordless system etc... they asked me to donate the shades I did not like, they sent me samples of new fabric (signature solar). A week later I called and I placed my order with them hassle free, no questions asked. I just paid the price difference from my originally ordered and the new order. I have not received the new order yet but just rating them on my experience so far, I will definitely recommend blinds.com. Great customer service!

Even though I ordered the exact size, these blinds did not fit well, in the past they have always been perfect. I don't know what was wrong with these, but I could not use them.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! -5 star rating if it's an option. Terrible product and unprofessional zero customer service keep you wait for days and still can't give you an answer.
I ordered a drapes one month ago (over $1000)and received the product before the shipment day. When I install the drapes and found out the product is made incorrectly. Suppose there are 12 carriers on the track and 12 carriers on the drapes to match. However, there are only 10 carriers on the track. So there are 2 carriers on the drapes can't attach to the track. So I call to customer and they asked me to email them some photos, promise to get back to me in 2 days. But after 2 days no response. I called again to explain the story over again to a different person, email photos twice. Next I ask if I can speak to on-site manager. None can take my call. So I left my contact. Next day one of the managers call me back and explain the situation again. Send photos the third time. This manager said i can't get full refund even the product is made incorrectly. She needs to reach out to manufacturer and promise to resolve this by the end of the business day. After I show her the first couple of pictures. She demands for more pictures. So I email her more pictures and never get back to me again! Just like to share the overall experience with any potential buyer online. Don't waste your time and money on something is absolutely worth zero in term of product quality and after sales service. It will be my first time to take legal action to deal with this retail company. NOT SATISFIED!

I ordered plantation shutters for my entire home, two separate orders, in September. There is no update on the order status online says its in production. After numerous calls I was given a tracking number on one order the other I was told would be shipped out the following week. I have received my first order. I still have no information on the second order. Every time I call they have to call the supplier in Mexico and they never answer. I am told give them 24-48 hours to get back to them and they will email. This not happened. I received today a fedex package with the frame for 1 blind. No blinds, I called and was put on hold and told that the factory once again didn't answer and I would be emailed back. I will hold my breath. I said to the representative isn't the definition of stupidity doing the same thing and expecting a different result? She said well this is our process. I asked for a manager and was told they are just going to do the same thing she is but it would take up to 72 hrs. At this point I just want my money back.

Website is great. Ordered blinds for ten windows. Also ordered the installation service. Communication was awesome with the installation service. They came out and confirmed our measurements and order. We were surprised when our blinds arrived because there was no communication from the manufacturer. The installation service contacted us and we scheduled the install. The installer arrived on time and did a fantastic job.
Here is where things went off the rails. There were no tilt rods included in the shipment for half the blinds. The installer said all I needed to do was contact blinds.com and have them send the tilt rods out. That was TWELVE weeks ago. I have contacted them three different times and they still have not sent out the correct rods for the five blinds. They did send out tilt rods with the WRONG ends, ones that did not fit our blinds. We are beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and the inability of this company to complete a job. We have not had use of half of the blinds installed for TWELVE weeks. At this point, I would recommend staying away from this company.

Took about a month, but these were custom cut blinds. I couldn't have gotten them faster from anyone else. They were exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly. I am satisfied.

I ordered a shade on June 18. My first estimated delivery date was the July 4th weekend. Those dates came and went. That has happened 5 times now. After each non delivery, I would check the status and it would say my shade is being made. You cannot send customer service an email. No one answers the phone after extremely long holds. If you elect to have them call you back, you wait hours for that call and if you miss it and try to call back, they are gone for the day. Last week I called to get a refund. I got a call back a day later and I was told that my shade was being shipped out that day. Today is August 21 and I have not received my shade. I went to check the status today and now I have another estimated delivery date of September 1-4. It says my shade is being made. How is it still being made when I was told last week that it was being shipped out that day? I tried to call customer service and got the usual no answer. I am waiting for someone to call me back and I will insist on a refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I had previously ordered from Blinds.com with no negative issues. This time was very different. It is hard to reach them; stayed on hold for almost an hour. They are using a shipping company that is also unresponsive. My vertical cellular shades ($1500) were supposed to be delivered last week. They neglected to contact me prior to delivery and were denied access to my gated community. I called the shipping company and made an appointment to have them delivered several days later when they would be "in the area." I left work early to be home when they were delivered but they never came. And no phone call. When I finally reached someone at the shipping company, I was told that they never made it on the delivery truck because they couldn't find them in the warehouse at loading time. I called Blinds.com. No help from them. Just kept insisting they were in transit. I was told that someone from the shipping company would call me to reschedule. No phone call. No idea where my shades are or when they will be delivered! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!
