I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
I first posted on Feb. 18,2023 about blinds I ordered and paid for in October, 2022.
The problem still has not been solved as the fabric has fallen out of one of the valences in the master. I called again, and was given the same information: Rub dryer sheets on the fabric and replace it, or use double-sided tape. There was a typo in my Feb. 18 post. The ceiling in the master is 10 feet high.
The 6 other blinds I ordered, which are fine, have small clear "clips" which hold the fabric in place.
When I spoke with Miyoka in customer service on 8/24/2023, she said that she'd reach out to the manufacturer with my suggestion of the small transparent "clips", and get back to me. I haven't heard from her.
This was never a do-it-yourself project. I ordered and paid in full (October 2022) for custom blinds and a professional installer.
The two "fixes" recommended by the manufacturer are temporary - dryer sheets or tape. I'm now 80 years old, was diagnosed with stage IV cancer in February 2023, so doing through chemo and radiation. I'm certainly not going to climb a ladder to fix a problem which should be corrected by the manufacturer.
What a hassle this has been - and I still don't have all that I paid for.

I ordered 4 shades for my neighbor. 2 were motorized and 2 had to be cut to fit in irregular shaped windows. I worked through a design consultant to make sure that I ordered the right thing. The 2 motorized blinds showed up correctly except there wasn't a cord to charge the battery packs. The other 2 blinds are a different matter. The were about 6 inches too narrow for the windows. I called customer service and was first accused that this was my fault. I then explained that I worked through one of their designers and that on the email from the designer the dimensions are correct but the blinds were not cut to those dimensions. We then went through everything again and I was able to re order the blinds no charge. The second time they showed up they were an inch narrower than they were supposed to be. I called again. This time customer service was going to go back to the recorded phone call that I had previously to verify that I was telling the truth. They said they would send me an email with the results. I have not heard from them since. My neighbors had decided they did not want the blinds replaced for the 3rd time they would just like the charging cord for the motorized shades. You would think this company would jump at the chance of mailing out a $15 cord compared to 2 more shades. Nope, I guess they got their money and that's all they care about.

If you have a tight measurement situation with your window covering needs, I hope you get lucky. I did get the promised 1 product remake, but still the window covering I received for my remake is too narrow. They do not provide clear information so you can't know the exact the dimensions of the fabric and the valance before you order. Or at least I wasn't provided it. I called to ask for an exception their remake rule to get one more remake, but of course denied by the service rep. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive window covering that is too narrow. I guess that's what I get for using an online blinds service.
Update 1/9/24:
Blinds.com did reach out and did help get another blind toward my total re-dos. After that I really wanted give a 5 star rating, but I had to learn thru trial and error the real measurements, and with another order I made after learning that, the quality was poor on the valance and the roll up winder couldn't be adjusted like the other exact same blinds I had already purchased.
Tip for consumers:
Measurements for windows with valances on website are not accurate.

Very easy to order. The plastic pieces supplied that clip on to the blind to pull the blind down pop off easily. Perhaps a C shaped clip for the center would work better. Blinds themselves are nice.

Like many others on here, I had a very long wait to get my product (I ordered them in May 2020), but that is not why I had a terrible experience with Blinds.com. The product I ordered (blackout roller shades with aluminum facia) was delivered with the wrong installation brackets. After finally getting in touch with customer service about this (which was an arduous process as well), I was asked to provide photo proof that my issues were real (which I did) and to make sure I had measured my windows properly (which I also did, live on the phone with the customer service rep). I was then told that they would contact the factory to see what they could do to help. Then... crickets. I emailed several times (because I sure as hell wasn't going to try and call again), and finally received an automated message (months later) that new hardware was on it's way. The new hardware? Also incorrect, which leads me to believe that the roller shades themselves were built incorrectly. I still installed everything (with some shims to make up the gap) only because I need to have some kind of shades in place. Also, these new brackets they sent do not accommodate the custom aluminum facia that I ordered, so there's $80 wasted (on top of the rest of what was spent).
Overall, I absolutely do not recommend purchasing a single thing from these people.
And to the customer service agent on here replying to people, I've already emailed all of this info to you. Not that it's going to make a single bit of difference.

I had emailed with a customer service Rep who was amazing and very attentive. I told him the measurements of my windows (big tall windows) because I was worried I wouldn't be able to reach them and he said there isn't a pole that's made by the brand of blinds I bought but that he could add one to my order manually. We ordered and paid more for top down bottom up cordless. Fast forward. Blinds were installed (crappy install directions) and the pole I got doesn't even work with the clips They supplied me with. Meaning, the big windows are a complete pain in the $#*! and I'll never be able to use the top down bottom up cordless option on any of my blinds. I've called and left messages and no one has called me back. I've emailed early on and the last lady I talked to said for me to send her a pic of my pole and the clips they supplied me with and that she would come up with a solution. NOTHING I've emailed her back like she wanted me to a couple times and NOTHING. The online chat is even full and now they don't email WTF! They say you have a 30 day satisfaction window and I feel like they are dragging their feet. I will not let this go. I'm to the point where I want a full refund. Very disappointed after my mother in-law had a great experience (precovid) with this company
