I placed my order with the help of a terrific customer service agent. Scheduling window measurement and installation of my new blinds was very easy (and actually happened more quickly than predicted. How often does that happen?!) All blinds arrived in perfect condition.

I called and waited on hold (there is no way to email the company anymore). After a long hold, they agreed to send me a new chain after I sent them pictures documenting the fact that the chain broke (in case I'm in the blind-chain-collection business). There were no instructions on installing a new chain, and I had to take apart everything, further fraying the fabric (now stuck because I can't roll up the blinds without a chain). Without instructions on how to re-install the new chain, I'm stuck. There are no videos or tutorials on my particular model. The quality was a disappointment. Five months, really?
My previous two experiences with you have been 5 star. This one has not. My blinds were delivered last week without prior shipping notification. I had to alter my plans and drive to the home to get them inside as rain was predicted -- this is a vacation home, not primary residence. The next day I received a text with a link to select three installation preferences. I filled out and submitted the form. That was a week ago, and I have heard nothing. I have no idea as to the quality or fit of these products; therefore, I will hold off on any further ratings.

Good experience overall but the manufacturer (Levolor) sent two of the same color when they were supposed to be different. Blinds.com rectified the issue and all is well. Will use again in the future.

I was trying to order blinds that matched past orders. Looking at past orders through my account lacks substantive details - for instance, the quantity of any items ordered. Also, I previously purchased Linen Light Gray Levolor blinds. I could not find any reference to this color other than my confirming email from my 2021 order and my order history. There was no information as to whether this color was discontinued or what.

It was easy to use this website. The price was competitive. I'm a designer and see pricing on a regular basis. Easy to install but one of the wands broke off the day after it was installed. I ordered a replacement but concerned it will happen again as they sent the same cheap wand. It's on the designer 2" faux wood cordless blind. Also, the Levolor decorative facia was too short by an inch. The blind is inside mount but the facia projects proud of the casing and is too short to cover the bracket. I'm waiting for a replacement.
I hopeful all issues will be resolved.
Blinds.com was a great experience from finding the right type to finding the right color. The website helped me with measuring and installation. Shipping was reasonable fast for something custom built for each window.
These blinds are even better than I hoped they would be. They are durable, easy to use, look great and they are easy to install. It took me only a few minutes to install them and put them to use.
They were also shipped quickly and packed very well so as not to be damaged during shipping.

I like the step by step instructions on how to measure and order the blinds. The blinds themselves are very nice; however, the valance I ordered to put over the blinds is rather cheap looking and did not assemble well. The instructions for installing the blinds were not very clear and made it difficult to hang.

Easy to navigate site and helpful customer service on the phone. I ended up installing the blinds myself which was very straightforward and a simple process. Just needed a drill and used the hardware they provided. Love the black out feature of these cell shades, it works well.
Appreciate the ability to look at swatches before buying. Ordered many different colors too. So much better to actually the design, weave pattern and color Would definitely order again from this site.
I ordered samples and called to get some questions answered. This has been a great experience, and very easy to manage. From the samples I ordered deluxe wood blinds for my kitchen and cloth pleated shades for master bedroom and bath.all are superb and I am very pleased with this, my third order. Our order came ahead of the estimated delivery date which was great as we had a visit scheduled for our new grandchild and these blinds were for the nursery at our home. The installation was easy with simple to follow instructions. Ordering was also easy as there were specific instructions in measuring to add additional spacing for window cranks. Really helpful!

Always order from you and never unhappy with the ordering experience or the product. However latest blind delivery in July saw me disappointed that the color was green and not chambray colored which is how it appeared in the picture. Didn't return as I know they are custom made and I needed blinds.

Website was easy to navigate. If something was missed, it highlighted what you needed to choose in order to ADD TO CART. The blinds fit perfectly based on all the measurements we had given. Super easy to install. I liked that they gave supporting brackets based on the width of the blinds. For example, our very wide window had four supporting brackets. Definitely recommend this company!

Just moved to Hawaii and ordered a small blind for an extra bathroom. As usual the order process was great. Received the blinds and installed them without issues. However the blinds without the drawstring are quite difficult to move up and down. Would recommend ordering with the drawstring.
So far so good, as expected, well-made blinds, very easy to install with an electric drill and some spare hands.I plan on ordering more blinds for my other windows next time there is a sale.
Easy to order. The online instructions for measuring were clear for the twelve windows I needed to measure. Some were inside the frame mount, some outside mounts with valances, and some others on exterior doors. The order was filled quickly and accurately. The mounting instructions were clear. There were two blinds that arrived with cracked adjustment wands. I called, talked to a live person, and replacements were sent in quick order. One of the shades will not go up all the way. It stops about 3 inches short of the top. I have not contacted customer service yet, but plan to do so.

Not satisfied with the purchase. Motorized shades have a huge base. 2 5/8 inches. Went back to website because I expected 2 in depth. Turn out that it describes a shade it 2 in but the 5/8 is on the next line. Totally missed it. Needs to be fixed so it looks like 2 5/8" on the same line.
Easy to order. Blinds look nice in the bedroom and fit the windows well. I wish the wand was on the right and not the left as it would be much more convenient. I don't remember being asked a preference but could have missed it.
Easy to order. I ordered over about 8 months several times to cover every window in our new home. With the exception of one blind, that was replaced, the color was consistent so they all are the same color in our new home.
