This is my second time ordering. I selected a different brand because their sample swatches were a great fit for the bedrooms. Very substantial fabric. These are blackout and they do a great job. Also, you did an amazing job with measurements.The fit is fantastic. There is very little gap at the edge of the window. Made by Hunter Douglas, "My Blinds" uses a button-operated retraction that helps the blind go up fast. ( It almost feels self-propelled.) My concern is the second shade I purchased does not retract with as much power. I have to help it to the top of the window. Should I be concerned? Can the tension in the string system be tightened? Thank you.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.

This company is a JOKE!
I placed my order on August 1st and got it very late, a month later. My delivery date was supposed to be August 15. I called and they said there was confusion with my order but they will now make my order a priority. I was irritated but I was going to let it go. Now, when I finally receive my blinds, THEY ARE NOT EVEN THE ONES I ORDERED! I ordered light filtering, and these are definitely NOT. I also ordered XL Single Cell Crisp Pleat 1 1/4" and the cells on these are very small. The only thing they got right was the color, and I asked for white rails instead of the standard beige which they did do. I'm extremely frustrated I have already waited a long time to get these, and now they're not at all what I ordered. I don't even want to send them back because I don't have time to wait another month. I have a business to run as an interior designer and I will not be ordering from this company for my clients ever again. $400 later and I'm extremely disappointed.

When trying to reorder another blind of the same type, it was difficult in the previous order chain of emails to find the color and cell size clearly listed somewhere in the emails. You might say, why didn't you create an account? Well, I have enough accounts to keep track of and don't want more. Agreed though, having an account might have helped. Also, it could easily have helped to have those two pieces of information in the confirmation email.

AARON (father) and JACK (his son) are thieves.
Jack a 20ish young man was welcomed into our home this early 2023 to install our blinds, from BLINDS.COM and while he was installing 24 blinds, he stole 5-6 boxes of 50 bullets from a case we had opened in our master's bedroom dresser, on the very opposite wall from the windows so he was snooping.
I felt violated, disrespected, unsafe, and very angry after this ordeal. BLINDS.COM and HOMEDEPOT just never did anything about this. This father and son from BLINDS.COM contracted by HOMEDEPOT are still in Oklahoma going in freely in your lovely houses looking to steal from you.
Yes reported to the cops, got a report number but what else? Nothing...
Please DO NOT LET ANYONE from Blinds.com blinds installers come into your lovely home they are not to be trusted!
The father and son both work at HOME DEPOT in Oklahoma. I do not know which one hence why I'm writing this review in every location to warn good hard working folks to watch out! They service our home in Edmond. Their names are AARON and the thief is JACK his 20ish yo son. He will come into your house with his backpack and a very big trash bag, and will steal from you.

The delivery date and installation date are not reliable. First, the sales person gave a delivery dates Sep 5 and 6,2023. I did not received the orders, then when I called to follow up, they gave new delivery dates of Nov 23! Finally I received a partial shipment, but a message from their website stated I received all orders and ready for installation!- false message. So I called their customer service about this, they said " sorry our systems does this sometime"!. I decided to go ahead and do a partial installation for the partial shipment I received. They told me it will cost me again when the rest of the blinds arrive, I told them Ok, I pay again for installation. So they gave me three dates for preference. I picked up the dates and thought I was done with partial installation. So they did not show up for any of those selected installation! I called them again and talked to their " live" representative. They told me " sorry" you had to pay for the second installation first before the first installation can be scheduled! What? They gave me three preferred dates for the first partial installation! If I did not call back on my order and installation date would have been tumbling in cyber space without me knowing it. So I went ahead and paid for the second installation ($150 each). Today is September 26,2023, and the install people who are a different company (!) supposed to call me in two to three days to set up a new preference install dates. I have zero confidence that they will follow up with their promised dates, nor I get the rest of the shipment by November 23 which is 5 weeks late already. Now I have to use blanket and sheets for the windows for new homecoming gathering at my house! Blinds.com have multiple performance and system problems that can happen to anyone with any order and at any time. For this reason I am not recommending this company.
