This is my second time ordering. I selected a different brand because their sample swatches were a great fit for the bedrooms. Very substantial fabric. These are blackout and they do a great job. Also, you did an amazing job with measurements.The fit is fantastic. There is very little gap at the edge of the window. Made by Hunter Douglas, "My Blinds" uses a button-operated retraction that helps the blind go up fast. ( It almost feels self-propelled.) My concern is the second shade I purchased does not retract with as much power. I have to help it to the top of the window. Should I be concerned? Can the tension in the string system be tightened? Thank you.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.

I ordered 2 inch deluxe wood blinds on 2/10/19 with a 4 day estimate on making them. On the 17th they said they are back ordered and I'd have them by the 27th. On the 28th I emailed them asking for an update and they said I should have them by March 7th. March 8th I received shipping confirmation. March 14th the shipping provided arrives with 1 set (out of 3) of blinds. Called the company and apparently they shipped in 2 packages and they forgot to provide both tracking numbers. Second package arrived on March 15th.
There was a sizable dent on the rail of my 95 inch blind but I straightened it out no problem, and it was on the backside anyways. All the blinds are the exact length (to the 8th inch) I ordered. Quality seems better than the same product my father ordered from SelectBlinds and were about 40% cheaper.
All in all, shipping could have been better. Communication could have been better. Time line could have been better and I could have been a lot less irritated checking on them every day. But the price for the quality is the best I was able to find. I'll order for my other 13 windows now and just not bother checking on them for a month or so.

First I was sent a blind that was much lighter than what was ordered online. They were good about sending a replacement. The installation has been a disaster. The parts lists to confirm that what I received is correct shows "no image" next to part numbers (see picture below), so I don't know if what I received is correct. The pictures on the instruction sheet don't match the parts I received. When I called service they emailed me the exact instruction sheet I already had. I explained and sent pictures to them that what I received won't fit. They said install it and send more pictures. When I explained and sent pictures of the center bracket sticking out so far that I can't mount the valance, they said it's on backwards. So, I drilled more holes in my door and mounted it the other way (see picture below), so now you can see the center bracket with screws above the valance. Not a pretty sight. After going thru 2 service people, very nice, but not very helpful, I was told I was suppose to receive the screws, nuts, etc ( see picture below) but they couldn't tell me what they were for. I had to use my own screws to mount the center bracket, since they weren't included with what I received. See picture below, the side pieces for the valance are too long, so can't be mounted without cutting them shorter. There's no hole at the bottom of the blind to mount the down bracket (see picture below). After spending many hours reinstalling, sending pictures & emails to service, they have stopped responding to me. This has been the biggest waste of time for a crappy product. I still can't believe this is Blinds.com. All the hours I've spent for 1 blind, at $1/hour I would have saved money to have a local company do the job.
