Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.

Blinds.com had the best choices and prices. There were more filters so finding the right item was easier with less to scroll through. My husband thanks you for the option to have the measurements checked and the blinds installed by Home Depot. I would have preferred corded but could not find that option with the blinds I chose.

I received excellent recommendations before I ordered my blinds. When one of the blinds arrived with a problem the issue was resolved instantaneously. Easy to pick your product and order. Hope it is as nice as it looks online and that we can handle the installation. It looks pretty simple and they seem to have easy to understand instructions.

Am a little dissatisfied with the Faux Blinds. I was under the impression that the material would be made of a durable plastic. I now realize they are made of a cardboard composite of some sort. Some of the slats are starting to warp from heat & it's winter time. Can't imagine what's going to happen when summer comes...

The company rep was very helpful guiding me thru the order process to meet my needs. However, we received two sets of 2 inch faux wood blinds with the wand on the left side. I had specifically ordered one set with the wand on the right side.

Easy ordering, the only thing I would recommend would be to have tax exempt information on the same page as when you order, instead of having to call and type another way to have access to the page. Usually, you scroll down and see contact us etc. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

Lot of options to choose from; color, style, operation, etc. Web site did great on explaining and showing me different options. Site was very easy to navigate through. I needed to replace a bunch of blinds in a house I bought recently, so I bought from blinds.com. They are great blinds, and there are usually at a really good price. However, I forgot to order my valance, so it doesn't look as good as it could.

So how I must having the wrong measurements when I ordered the blind, it was exactly one inch to wide. I called and spoke to a very friend customer service person who took care of my issue. Blinds. Com replaced the blind with a new one the correct size at no expense to me. I was floored! It most likely was my error, but they were so nice and understanding and sent me the new blind and asked that I donate the blind that was the wrong size. I need up donating the original missed sized blind to Habitat for Humanity. I would highly recommend Blinds.com. Incredible hard to find customer service!

When we felt we may have made a mistake in he fabric we ordered, customer service offered to replace the drapes at no charge. The installer was able to install six large shades in less than an hour, very professionally.

I had four cartons in the order and the first carton kept getting returned to N. Carolina to a UPS facility. It took over 3 weeks to get that one carton with my constant calling of UPS and speaking to upper management/supervisors to get the carton to me. It even made it to Texas and then UPS returned it to N. Carolina again. Frustrating but had nothing to do with manufacturer - just delivery service.

It was easy to do the order but the Roman shades were not an easy process to hang them. I was expecting they would be the typical hanging process for these type shades but it was not. I called customer services and I ended up having to hire someone to put them up for me off of home advisor after paying allot for these shades I had to pay over $200 to have them put up. The shades are also wrinkled and do not look good because of this and they have been hanging for over a week now. I will not buy from blinds.com again. I would have paid less to buy them locally with installation included and received them sooner without the wrinkles.
