Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
Got what I needed at a good price and shipped fast. Didn't expect to receive as soon as I did. Originally stated would ship 4-6 weeks from order date but received 2 weeks after ordering.

Really easy to navigate and purchase the right product in an easy to measure guide system. When I made a mistake ordering the wrong measurement for my picture windows, I was able to replace them for the right measurement with no problem and no additional charge. Nice blinds, like the material & function. Only complaint is the bottom of the shade doesn't have a nice finish on it - because the shade is semi-transparent you can see the weight and it doesn't have a nice aesthetic, makes it look unfinished. Otherwise they are great.

The blinds arrived promptly, well-packaged, and were easy to install. They fit perfectly and have changed the character of the entire room, which has a cleaner look to it. They are easy to install, and I love the fact that I can now direct the sunshine in a south-facing room so well. The cordless move up and down easily and hold their position. We are very happy with this purchase and can recommend the company and its products.

We have purchased shutters for our home on 4 separate occasions and now have all our downstairs windows done. Even though we did have one ordering issue with one of the orders and were a little put off by the insensitivity of the customer service rep I spoke with, and another (our first order) that came with a few damaged parts, our overall experience has been good and the shutters are beautiful. We would buy again and recommend.
One of my orders appeared to not go in, so I processed the order again, but upon review of the status, there were 2 of the same orders charged to my credit card. I called Customer Service and the rep told me to just do nothing, insisting that one of the orders would simply "drop off". I stated that I didn't feel comfortable just waiting to see if it would "drop off" but she did not seem empathetic. I have had other situations in the past with other vendors where I was charged twice and it was not always so easy to correct or reverse. Eventually, she told me that if one did not drop off, I could call back and they would address it. All I wanted was some reassurance that they had a process to correct it if it did not go as she predicted. The extra charge did eventually reverse, but because of previous experiences (albeit with other vendors) where it didn't go as she insisted, it was her "smug" attitude that I did not appreciate.

I am a repeat buyer and never had a problem with previous orders, but this time it was charged to my PayPal acct (I received a confirmation email), but no order number. I had to send the order in again, but now have 2 charges for the same order on my PayPal. I was told by Amber of Customer Service that the 1st charge should drop off in 3-4 days, but that is not reassuring for the 3-4 days, esp if it does not occur.
