Superb experience. The blinds arrived exactly as stated, the quality of construction is far beyond any other set of blinds I have purchased. They were easy to install with the provided instructions. I will definitely be purchasing more until my whole house is fitted with them.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
I just love how quickly they were delivered and ease of install. The color choices are amazing allowing me to match any room. I now have every room covered-11 shades.

The web is easy to use most of the time and the samples came fast. When placing the orders had to change what we wanted as motorized sliding door shades do not come as an inside mount option. Had to go with an outside mount for the sliding door. Looks good, but would like to have known that a non motorized inside mount shade spanning the entire sliding door could have bean purchased, and at lower cost. Or they need to provide this option: a split, inside mount, motorized product. The web

It was nice to have someone come double check my measurements and come and install the shades so quickly. I got 2 quotes from a local place and with all the discounts blinds.com had, I got shades for all my windows and my sliding door for half the price of the local blinds place.

Great selection. Customer service was great. Short wait time for delivery of product. We had measured our front room window incorrectly & the blind was remade & shipped to us free of charge. We were asked to donate the incorrect blinds instead of shipping them back.

Spoke to two reps on two separate calls. First rep did not mention that narrow blinds do not raise. Second rep gave us a small refund for the confusion. I wish the ordering web site had been more clear about this.

Quick and easy and looks good. The only issue that I have is that one of the blinds hangs about a half-inch lower on one side. It leaves a gap of light just over the slats. My window topper covers it, so not big deal, but it's definitely not right.

The measuring video was great and my blinds fit perfectly. One thing worth mentioning is that the installation instruction had me mount the brackets to the window frame top 3" from the wall. I didn't realize it at the time, but that interfere's with the little tilt wand hardware. I just had to move the bracket over by another inch or so, and it works great.

We have had very good luck with Blinds.com previously but of the six blinds we ordered, two of them will not stay straight when they are raised to the top-most position. We have extended them fully to their lowest position and tried to reset, we have repeatedly raised them to take up the slack in the strings, but nothing we have done has worked. Overall we are disappointed that we seemed to have gotten a third of the blinds as malfunctioning ones. We will definitely think before purchasing from Blinds.com again.

I had my Husband measure so it was correct the second time! The exchange went well and I am very very happy with my blinds the really look very nice and I would definitively order more blinds if I had windows that were naked.lol

I had a good experience ordering from Blinds.com. I received my order in a reasonable amount of time and am happy with my blinds. Installation was pretty easy. The cord loop lift that I chose is kind of clunky - but it was recommended since my blinds were so wide. Hopefully, the more I raise and lower the blinds, the smoother they will go up and down.

Outside mounted. My handyman and I decided to hang them as flat as possible along the top of the windows. Even though it seemed according to the instructions they should of hung the opposite way with the brackets but they were too far out from the windows. I am very happy with them.

Blinds.com initially sent all the samples I requested for free. My made a mistake on my measurements and Blinds.com sent out a second set of blinds out on a rush order! The service rep made the process easy. Moreover, she made me feel comfortable when I felt like an idiot. If your looking for custom blinds, this might be the place for you!

Perfect blinds every time plus they always have what I need even when it's not in brick and mortar stores. This was a replacement blind for a set that is 10 years old. The store I originally bought them from no longer sells them, but Blinds.com does. In the exact color.

We got our order except for one blind which appears to be defective. I called, spoke to a guy who said they'd ship us another, but I got cut off during the call. Called back, spoke to another guy who said I had to watch troubleshooting videos before they'd process the change. I watched the videos and replied to Guy #1 who had written me pursuant to being cut off. I wrote back requesting another blind because the troubleshooting video was not helpful. No reply. Now I need to call a third time to re-explain that we continue to have a problem.

Wish it was less expensive. Thats my only thing. I measured several times and when this was hung, the blind itself was short by about an inch on both sides. I feel like they took the brackets into account for the measurement and not the blind itself. It's is hanging but very disappointed

I was supposed to get a discount but did not see where to do so during checkout even though the site said I can use a code at checkout. I had to call the company to get the discount. Make it easier to apply discounts. Otherwise, great blinds, easy to install, wife loves them.
